First of all, I need to praise the customer support from ROVSUN. They were insanely fast at answering my questions, and incredibly helpful. I've had this product for a little over a year, so I lost the remote control, and they helped me order a replacement. The unit itself isn't super quiet, but neither are most fan-driven heaters. It's probably quieter than most. It's super cozy. Does a great job at gently heating our living room, which is about 225 sqft. The ambiance is actually so cute, and really adds some winter magic to any room. Building it took some time, and you're going to want lots of floor space while you get it set up, but the instructions were easy to follow, and are available on the product website if you ever lose them. Yes, a radiator heater can do the same job nearly as well for much less, but this one adds charm enough to make up the difference in price. And the convenience of remote control is hard to beat. Take a little bit to build but still simple. It’s perfect and I love it. Our remote doesn’t work with diff batteries so that’s a bummer but we don’t really need it.
