*Update 8/24/2019:* I complained to the seller about the missing regulator. They responded very promptly. They had searched Amazon for a compatible regulator and offered to refund enough of my purchase price to buy compatible regulator, including taxes. Make no mistake about it, THIS STOVE IS A BEAST. I bought it to brew beer and it got my 10-gallon starting volume to a rolling boil very quickly, and that was with a 10-regulator. (It comes with a 20-psi regulator.) I chose this stove because it was the only one DEEP enough to accommodate the diameter of my 15-gallon kettle. If you have a 15-gallon Megapot or Blichman, you know that it doesn't fit well on most stoves. If you want a stove that is well-constructed, accommodates large kettles, and puts out a lot of heat, this is the one you want. My one complaint, and the reason I rated this 4 stars instead of 5: the knobs are made of cheap plastic. After my very first use, I was unable to turn off the gas using the knob because the heat had weakened the plastic so much that it couldn't grab the stem of the valve. It just spun like it wasn't attached. I had to turn the knob with a crescent wrench. A standard screwdriver would also have worked as the stem has a notch in it. This isn't a very big deal to me. I care about the beer, not the aesthetics of the stove, and I don't mind this little idiosyncrasy. Be aware, though, that good-quality metal or durable plastic knobs are relatively expensive on Amazon. You'll pay at least $20 for a set. *Original Review:* The stove itself is beautiful and appears to be very well-made. Unfortunately, the package did not include the 20 psi high-pressure regulator. As such, it is unusable, and local hardware retailers carry only up to 10-psi regulators. I have contacted the seller and I will update my review accordingly if they make it right and I am able to actually use the thing.

I use this for canning and love it! But you need a control valve to the propane or you won’t be able to control the temp on it very well..

This grill puts out a lot of heat. Maybe too much. I use it to boil maple syrup and it has held up well all season. Only issue I have is the propane tanks keep freezing up because this grill can really use a lot of propane.

The on/off switches are made of cheap plastic. Unlike the other stoves, they don’t have an on/off click indicator. With that said. It works great. The flame came out even and strong. If you don’t mind the cheaply made switches, then I highly recommend this stove for the money.
