Set name: 3 Zone 28000 BTU (9+9+12)-WIFI
just a note for this system, you will need a vacuum pump at the very least to get it installed, and the indoor units are charged with nitrogen. I also had a flare kit, the lines are an odd combination of metric and standard, but if you can route the extra line carefully then that is optional. Installed the outdoor and three indoor units, it was pretty straightforward otherwise. It runs very quiet, even compared to a central unit. I have a fairly small house at 800 sq feet, but it keeps the whole thing quite cool in this Texas heat. Fairly easy to use with the app, though one of the indoor units refuses to connect to wifi, that is a non issue for me. Still awaiting the first electric bill with it, and cannot speak of it's durability yet, but no issues so far ... show more

    • Good unit for the price
Set name: 3 Zone 28000 BTU (9+9+12)-WIFI
I will start off by saying I do HVAC for a living so I have worked on a lot of different units. The Install was easy even if you never did it before. My package that had the condenser/outside coil was delivered somewhere else and customer service was amazing, quickly sent me a new one. The condenser was dented in a few spots but that was due to shipping as the package was smashed and ripped but that's not the sellers fault. The only complaint I have is that the inside coils make a strange noise like something metal hitting the fan blade but doesn't happen all the time but enough to bother my toddler well she sleeps. For that reason I give it a 4 out of 5. I would recommend this to anyone that wants an easy to install, budget multi zone mini split. The price is great and in my opinion the more expensive brand aren't worth it. ... show more

    • Biggest piece of garbage and worst seller on Amazon. DO NOT BUY
Set name: 3 Zone 28000 BTU (9+9+12)-WIFI
If possible, I would give this item zero starts, not only due to the loss of money, but the time wasted trying to get this sorted out. From start to finish this has been the worst product, and the worst seller I have ever experienced on Amazon. The item was defective and broke after approximately one months use. I had it installed by a professional HVAC installer, and within a month it failed and would not turn on. I replaced the unit with one from GREE on the same panel and that unit has worked flawlessly since then. So it was clearly a defective product. To add insult to injury, I spent months emailing back and forth with the seller attempting to trouble shoot a completely broken and defective product. I would get garbled responses in broken English that was no help whatsoever. The seller requires the item to be returned in order to provide a refund, and doing so is impossible unless you have a forklift and commercial packing palette. Instead of buying this product, take the $1875 you would have spent and light it on fire. While you are at it, find a heavy object and slam it on your hand a few times so you get the full experience of dealing with this seller. Alternatively chewing on lightbulbs would be more enjoyable than buying this product. Given I was unable to return said piece of garbage, I wasn't able to use the Amazon A-Z gurantee. In closing, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this piece of garbage and especially this seller. Their products are defective, and you are guaranteed to be frustrated. This seller should be banned from amazon because their products suck and their customer service is horrible. ... show more

    • So far so good
Set name: 3 Zone 28000 BTU (12+12+12)-WIFI
Review Image by samantha newton
We’ve had the unit about a month. Our first ever hvac install, but we’re experienced with home renovation and basic electrical. We do quite a bit ourselves and usually never have issues with instructions. The instructions were not good. There was a lot that was not clear. We had to reach out to Rovsun which was not very responsive at all and took days to respond. After the install we kept getting a P1 code on the unit which was not in the list of error codes in the manual. We had to reach out to them AGAIN and waited days for a response. They provided a list of codes and some workflows to trouble shoot. We really found the solution on our own as their information was too convoluted. Also the feet on the outside unit to anchor with bolts, are too tucked under the unit- that to get the appropriate bolt in, it scrapped the paint off the unit. All that said, once you navigate through the poor instructions, the unit works great. It’s quiet and had great features. The only feature that we wish it had was that when you set it to a temp, that the inside unit turns on and off as needed to keep that temp. There is an Auto feature, but with this the inside unit is always on, only the outside unit turns on and off as needed. For reference we have a 1,200 sqft home and this 1 unit can cover the entire house. Of course rooms furthest from the unit aren’t quite as cool, but definitely still within a few degrees and comfortable. So Far, worth the price, just be prepared for poor instructions. ... show more
