Finally installed this setup, phased out the traditional central air system. I've never felt my home's climate so consistent before, and the drop in power consumption is unreal. This system came with 26.7 feet of 1/4" and 3/4" copper line sets for each unit, copper, from one end to the other, no merge into aluminum like seen on other brands, it came with 26.7 feet of 4 conductor stranded electrical line, numbered for ease of installation. They also included 2 trim panels for a clean appearance and a tube for running the line sets through the wall. The only thing I'm unhappy about is the app, and I'm sure it'll come in time. I'd like to know what the ambient temperature and humidity is where the units are, and it isn't displayed in the app yet.

Not the best system to install. It flashes error codes for seemingly no reason. The charge is correct and there are no leaks. Go a half ton over what your math tells you to buy if your committed to this brand. And our Rovsun only heats property with the stat set to 80 deg Fahrenheit

Professionally installed the 28000 btu 3 head unit. Torqued within spec's and triple evacuated the system and adjusted charge based on 85' instead of 75'. I see a lot of negative reviews but I would say 98% of problems with things like this is installer error (even pros).

Bought theses for our mobile home. Had them professionally installed. We can't use the units on auto because they ice up. When we have them on heat, they run during the day but when the temperatures outside drop in the 20s, they will turn off even though they are not reaching the temperature we have set them at. They will also blow cold air when they turn back on. We wake up to 50 degrees in our home. We have had a heating/ air professional out and they tell us the freon levels are correct. Not sure if we got a defective unit but not happy with this purchase.
