I would recommend this company. You can tell how good a company is by their support. I Han an issue and Rovsun was right there supporting me. And when we figured out what the issue was they shipped me new parts immediately. I totally recommend Rovsun.

Finally installed this setup, phased out the traditional central air system. I've never felt my home's climate so consistent before, and the drop in power consumption is unreal. This system came with 26.7 feet of 1/4" and 3/4" copper line sets for each unit, copper, from one end to the other, no merge into aluminum like seen on other brands, it came with 26.7 feet of 4 conductor stranded electrical line, numbered for ease of installation. They also included 2 trim panels for a clean appearance and a tube for running the line sets through the wall. The only thing I'm unhappy about is the app, and I'm sure it'll come in time. I'd like to know what the ambient temperature and humidity is where the units are, and it isn't displayed in the app yet.

Not the best system to install. It flashes error codes for seemingly no reason. The charge is correct and there are no leaks. Go a half ton over what your math tells you to buy if your committed to this brand. And our Rovsun only heats property with the stat set to 80 deg Fahrenheit

It wasn’t pre charged with refrigerant but after I filled it appropriately it worked great. I do recommend this but be ready to add more refrigerant which will cost you a little more.
