Buyer beware!! :(
Size: Dual Zone: 20000 BTU (12K+12K)
Would give 0 stars if possible. The first unit showed up leaking oil, the coil in the outside unit was ruptured in shipping. The sent me another that was also damaged in shipping. The packaging is very minimal and the unit is easy to damage because of this. The inside wall units came with pinched wires and unplugged connectors from the factory and without completely taking the unit apart i can not get them to work. I am now left with 2, 3 inch HOLES IN MY HOUSE because they send only defective products. I am awaiting a 3rd response from the seller on what they will do to make this right. AVOID AT ALL COST.

No convenient customer support
Size: Dual Zone: 20000 BTU (12K+12K)
This might be a great product. We haven't been able to get it working. One unit blows cold air and the other doesn't. One unit sweats and drips water. The biggest issue is that there is no one to talk to, no phone number at all. So you have to e-mail your issue and wait 24-48 hours for a response. This doesn't work. We have an HVAC tech at the house and we can't get help on the issue. I am not a tech and don't know the specifics to communicate. It may be an easy fix, but the process to get there is super inconvenient and frustrating. Even if they're super kind when they e-mail back it's impractical. We actually bought 2 of these and both are having the same issue. I will update if we can get these issues corrected.
