Firstly, it arrived 3 days before scheduled. That was awesome. The unit works GREAT. The heat feature won't make you sweat, but it warms the room as I had hoped it would. The A/C feature works very well. I purchased a larger than needed unit and would recommend doing so. A larger unit will work less to achieve your desired temperature. Slightly higher BTU also requires lower fan speed to achieve desired temperature. Lower fan speed = quieter unit.

This is the best money we have spent for our 550 sq ft sun room. So far we’ve had it up about a month and the air conditioner is doing fantastic. So as far as the air conditioner goes, it is great. I will do another review this winter with the heater but as of right now money well spent.

The product arrived and once installed we have not been able to get cool air out of the unit. It is under 2 months old and the customer service with this brand has been maddening. Amazon should not allow sellers on this site that have no customer service email on any of the documents that you receive. I have been communicating with the seller for exactly 7 days and they are still asking me to prove that cool air is not coming from the unit. This is after I submitted a jpg of the temperature in the room and the unit ( attached) and a video. At 40+ years old I know how an AC Unit works and we have two other ones in our house, if cold air is not coming out of the unit it will not cool the room. For some reason, this seems to be the sticking point for them even as they keep asking me to run it for two hours and check if it is more than 10 degrees, though again this unit is less than two months old and we have run it for hours. It has never blown cool air. The unit is supposed to have a 12-month warranty however, you don't receive any of those documents with the unit. Although, I paid 469.51 for this unit I haven't once received a case number and no one on the sellers' side is helping to resolve the defective unit that they sold me. Is this a real company because that is real money? I would not purchase from this brand. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you have an issue it is a disaster. Not worth it.

I've installed this unit on my inclosed porch. I've only had it for one day. So far this is what I've found. The cooling unit work fairly well. I can feel it getting cold when the compressor turns on. I have it in a 300 sf room so it should keep the room nice. The reason for only two stars is I paid extra for it to have a heating option. It does not work well for heat. I expected more. It's about as hot as a 75 watt light bulb with air blowing across it. I plan on reaching out to the manufacture for help. Update 4-23 While the unit doesn't heat as expected, it cools well. I've changed my review from a 2 to a 4. After further communication with the seller. I learned this unit is only rated for 4000 BTU's for heat.

Just for a frame of reference I was using a 10K BTU window unit that was no longer keeping up during the hottest part of the day so I ordered a 14k portable unit to replace it ... boy was that a mistake ... my 10K old unit was better so, I seen this ... even at 12K it far outperforms the 14K portable and my old 10K unit. This unit is FROSTY! I got about 350 SQ down to 62 then tested the heat mode and it works fine also ... Exceptional value for what I paid just over 400 usd. It is also quiet so thats a plus. My only issue is the remote, app, and screen on the unit don't seem to be in sync ... not sure what's up with that maybe the app needs work?

Beware: need dedicated 230v circuit. Cost me more to install plug than unit cost. Came with several major dents. Can't adjust temps easily. Two options have a very loud, annoying whine when on. Supposed to cool 1000 ft but can't cool 500 feet! Customer service useless. Went so far as A to Z guarantee that Amazon didn't review details before sending stock email to send back (would have cost $197 via UPS to return). So have horrible lemon in the window.
