It is hard not to love this dehydrator! It's not much larger than it's internal size, so for it's volume it takes up less space than you would think. I have used it 3 times so far and it has worked great. The fans and the design of it makes it so you don't have to rotate trays which is so nice. I had the really nice nesco round one before this, but wanted something with more volume and more durable as one time in the dishwasher and those plastic trays will melt or warp, expensive lesson learned. The steel trays are very nice, light, and easy to clean. It is amazingly quiet, unless you are in the same room you wouldn't know it was on other than it smelling amazing in the entire house. The only complaints I have about this unit are that the door feels cheap, and when you wash the trays be careful as the design allows for water to be trapped on the bottom of the square if they were standing up when drying. I soaked myself with them the first time I hand washed them haha, so just watch for that.

This food dehydrator made some awesome beef jerky. It dries consistently, has a timer, and temp control up to 190F ish. It looks nice, very clean nice look. Easy to use. Comes with 12 racks, which I found you can dry up to 15lbs of beef jerky at a time. The downside: The racks can be difficult to clean because if any liquid drips to the edge of the rack it's impossible to clean unless you scrub it with a toothbrush, the racks are easy to bend, but with careful handling, they'll be fine. The other downside, is it can take anywhere from 30min to 1 hour to preheat this dehydrator, so just preheat it to get consistent timing. I really hope this food dehydrator lasts a long time, but I will leave an update in the future if there are any issues. So far I really feel like this is a good value especially the amount of food you can dehydrate at a time. So far pretty happy.

First of all I want to say put it on the right settings for beef jerky it does dry the meat right it depends on what heat you have it set on. I did 165 for 7 hours. And the meat was completely dry I did not use in anything other fruit or food but as for the meat can definitely speak on 100% works well and I didn’t have any problems or issues I did try 175 but it seems to have over cooked so I went to the 165 and didn’t have any problem definitely worth money spent no noise whatsoever this is the quietest dehydrator I ever use don’t take my word for it you can try it yourself now it does put out heat so I had fans running so it was not so hot but during the winter I definitely won’t mind haha easy to clean dip you meat in soy sauce or teriyaki put some chile seeds and you will have some good jerky I try the hot Cheetos you crush the Cheetos and sprinkle them on the meat you have to push firmly down so they stick to the meat promise this is a treat then it has 12 trays which I love I can make more meat at one time ! You pull the trays out soak them in warm water wipe them down ( easy pezzie ) I love the white silicone because it help the meat not to stick

It’s perfect for fitting a ton of product in at a time, you can dehydrate more product and save time overall. I went with the bigger option to save time and it helps me stay ahead while doing batches less often. Easy to clean. Comes apart very easy. Overall a great product.

The box arrived damaged. You can see in the pic of the box that it came with a hole that had been taped up. That's ok as along as the contents were ok there's a slight dent also pictured. Functionally the thing works like a charm. The dials are super easy to turn and the operation is straight forward. In my first batch I dehydrated 6 bananas, 6 apples, 7 kiwi and 3 pounds of blueberries. That's a lot of fruit in one dehydrator. I made some rookie mistakes had the heat set too high which made the fruit a little "burnt". My second batch went differently. I fit 6 bananas 2 pounds of strawberries 6 apples and 6 large oranges and my result is much better being patient. It's a well made appliance all stainless steel 2 fans and the grids hold a lot more than you'd think. I can't wait to do jerky and some other things I have planned. 4 stars cuz the box was damaged but 5 stars overall. Nice.

I have used this product twice. Once for summer sausage and another time for beef jerky. The summer sausage came out very good, after about 8 hours at various low temps. The jerky came out very nice also. I would buy again.
