I love love love this set! I got this a week ago. Given how many people said assembly was a pain, I just paid the $89 for assembly. I’ve gotten compliments from both visitors I’ve had since it came, and both were enthusiastic about how great it looked — and unlike me they’re not all that into bold color. I’m going to spray the chairs with some stain repellent, but my cat puked a bit on one of the chairs the day I ordered the stuff (because of course she did), and it wiped off pretty easily. The chairs are definitely firm, but probably better for my back. And I’m guessing they’ll soften a bit over time. Can’t recommend highly enough! (Especially if you’d ab afford to let assembly be someone else’s hassle) ... show more

It’s a pretty nice table. I thought the chairs were going to be a velvet type of material with a dark blue coloring. It is not. But that was my error. There is a designed “crack” that goes all around the top of the table. It is cute, but any crumbs get stuck in there. I will need to get a clear plastic table cloth to cover the cracks so it doesn’t collect food particles. But otherwise, it’s a great table and works for what we need. ... show more

I was under the impression that this was a counter height table and it is not. I do however love it. I just wish it was as advertised. Chairs were easy to assemble but some of the angled corner longer screws didn't go in all the way. This table can accommodate 6 chairs but you either need to put all 3 chairs on either one side or distance your end or table head chairs out from being right up to the table to make room for chairs to be two on each long part and one on each short side. I recommend placemats and which I've ordered and coasters. My kids ate at the table and got some grease on the table top. It stands out when there is any slight mess or spill. ... show more

Well package, shipped intact and non-damaged. Missing one washer but I have a spare at home, so no biggie. Don’t know why 3 chairs seems like the legs have slight differences in length, but it feels fine and solid if you sit on them. The table looks nice although the chairs took Quite awhile to put together because the screws didn’t want to lineup. I got them to eventually, but it took a few tries. The table was really quick though. It’s nice looking although definitely not a piece of furniture that is heirloom quality. The only issue was putting chair legs on- the way it was constructed these had to be placed at an angle and a person that does construction with lots of tools needed to buy a special drill bit to do it correctly- the tools included would be a nightmare I think to use to construct this appropriately- but then it's a beautiful and functional table! ... show more
