I was missing an entire set of parts for one of the chairs. Assembly was ok for one chair besides one screw being unable to screw in. It wasn’t a vital screw in my opinion so I let it go. The other chair had fabric covering all the holes for assembly so I had to tear through it. When the replacement parts arrived I was able to fully assemble the second chair. Screw holes off on one. The first one went together perfectly, the 2nd was impossible. I tried to contact the supplier and phone number and email did not work. I had to get a wood screw and force it in. Very disappointed that I couldn’t get any help. I DID NOT want to take one apart to send back. Chair looks just like the pictures. Solid sturdy cushioned part. If you purchase it new you will not be disappointed. I ordered a set used through Amazon warehouse. Described as only having outer package damage. Wrong. Missing all hardware for 2nd chair and back stretcher leg. You could tell inside boxes had been opened and torn. These are great looking chairs but difficult to put together because the screws to attach the foot and side bars do not have a hole to go in. We tried many tricks but not able to get them in. There is a lead whole but for them to attach it doesn't work.

I was hesitant from other review.... however if you are on the fence buy them!!! These are fantastic for the price and look like they should be twice the amount of money!!! They aren't the most comfortable as they are hard, however from furniture purchases in the past anything that is super soft tends to wear faster! Buy them!! Not the greatest photo but you get the idea!! I love them and would definitely buy again and again! ... show more

Once built, they're not bad. I'm fairly handy, so assembly was relatively easy. One of the chairs was missing the brass insert in the back center connection that the bolt screws into. Luckily even without it, the chair has some integrity. It still has the (2) dowels and (2) rear corners secured with (4)bolts . My kids will be using them so they won't have much weight on them for a while. We already had some spaghetti sauce drip on the cushion; cleaned up nice, no stains. Not bad for a product mass produced in Viet Nam, but I would expect better quality if I went to a furniture store. Not all legs are cut precisely to the same length, so they have a slight wobble. When they need to be replaced I will probably just go to a big box furniture. At least if they assemble them, they will take care of some of the out of the box issues before they are delivered. ... show more

These chairs are super easy to assemble but at first it looks super nice they are not very comfortable and after three months of light use some of the chairs are flimsy it was built correctly it’s just doesn’t hold up to it . The fabric is very easy to stain and very hard to take the stains away.
