These pics are after 35 days of sitting! Cushion material is absolutely smashed. Also, a terrible creaking noise when you sit on the left side. I Contacted RoundHill immediately. They seemed eager to help, then ghosted me. I got Amazon involved. We were on a 3-way call. After Amazon rep left us to it, the RoundHill rep said there is no record of the sale and hung up. After 4 more attempts, we gave up (which is what they wanted) Most expensive couch we ever bought, and we're stuck. 30-day warranty is a joke. You can't know of defects in just 30 days on a piece of furniture like this ... show more

UPDATE: Two years later (3/11/24) with basic use and the reclining mechanism on the right side broke. I sat down and went to put it back and something broke off and now it doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. We have no kids or pets. It’s never been overused or used incorrectly. What an expensive purchase for something to break so easily. Dropping from a 5 star review to 2. It’s a comfortable couch, but it shouldn’t break like that. Bought this couch to replace two mismatched recliners and it’s worth the investment. Very comfortable and very easy to slide the back pieces into position. Reclines nicely, almost completely flat when fully reclined. The center console is perfect. The cord for the USB and outlets is not very long, but I bought a heavy duty extension cord to make it work. The thing I want to mention most is: this is NOT taupe in any way. I like the sofa. However, it did not come with the cup holders, any paperwork or warranty card. Also, the right side recliner is hitting on something and bangs loudly when you put the footrest down.
