I had a problem with one of the seat cushions. I called Roundhill Furniture and told the about the problem. They sent a new seat cushion out right away at no charge. The table and chairs were not hard to put together at all. I took my time and followed easy direction. The table and chairs look really nice in my small dining area too, fit perfect. Everyone who stops by comments on how nice it looks. Again the response from customer service was great, compared to some of the other vendors out there. You have to call the number on their web site, the other number does not work anymore. Thanks! ... show more

Do not buy! Went from white to yellow in a few months! Junk! Seller wont reply! Roundhill furniture is junk! Amazon wont do anything! At first a customer service rep with amazon offered me $100 gift card for my inconviniance. Stated it would be on my account in 2-3 hours. It never showed. when I contacted amazon again, all said sorry nothing we can do. Seller doesnt answer voicemails or emails! Unless you want your white table to change to a weird orange/yellow over a few months...DO NOT BUY. It gets worse as time goes on, so in a few more months Im guessing it wil look even worse. ... show more

I like this set ! Definitely the table , the chairs are a little thin but hasn’t given me any problems yet! . Easy to put together . Many say you need a drill . No you do know . I just screwed the nails in with a screwdriver.. they are very sturdy!
