This is a great product. It looks good. It fits well, and it seals the bed well. I am quite happy with the product. But I have some advice for the manufacture's designers. One, the black knobs bolts that adjust the level of the rail clamps should have lock nut added because otherwise they keep backing out. Two, the rods that hold the last section vertical need the ball head bent at approx. a 30 degree angle so they mate with the ball better because they are difficult to unlatch as they are. Three, the plastic latches which hold the section down are impossible to release without a pair of pliers. You need to find a better solution than the one you have. ... show more

The package arrived on time. I was very pleased with the shipping container and packaging. I was also pleased to see that an instruction book was included. The tonneu cover was four a ram 1500 pick up with a 5.7 foot bed . They cover and components are well-made and easy to install. I am 82 and had no problems installing it by myself. I would’ve liked a foam rubber seal to be a little longer and wider. I would also like to have a fourth clamp on each side, but that’s just my feeling and I tend to overkill when I make something. ... show more

    • Leaks like crazy! WORTHLESS!
Do not buy this cover if you're trying to keep your truck bed dry in rain, snow, car washes, or any time your vehicle gets wet. Water will get inside no matter what. I contacted support, and they pointed me to an installation video, which I followed to the letter. Unfortunately, it still leaks at every joint on the cover. ... show more

Not Sure If I Like It. First of all, I will say the installation is rather easy. The instructions that come with this are not that well written. But if you view the installation videos it makes it easier although certain points are left out (ie: securing the cover to the bed via the bed cover hook). Took me about 40 minutes to install and that was with some distractions. There are also several other things that I do not like: 1. There is a gap of about 1/4" between the cover and the top of the tailgate. Granted the rubber seal is there, but I would think this would be flush. I called customer support to ask and they say it is common and to "fix" it you would need to "tilt" the rails from front to back to alleviate it. Problem here is the rails fit flush to the top of the bed. So, that is not a "solution". 2. When securing the bed to the truck, you need to use the knob nut. Problem here is there is very little room to tighten the knob nut due to the proximity of the cover to the bed. Very difficult to tighten. I resorted to using a standard lock nut along with the wing nut provided. 3. Foam strip provided was too short (2025 Ram 1500 Laramie), but stupid me, I installed before dry measuring. This did leave a "hole" where there is no foam strip which may resort to a leak. But I chalk that up to me not dry fitting. 4. When attaching the rails. On my Ram, I have the built in cargo rails. They do present a little but of an issue, mainly towards the front, when attaching the clamps. Once again, the clamp knobs are a bit too long to attach and you need to use a little force to put them in. Still undecided if I am going to keep this or return for a different type. ... show more
