Made from high-quality T-6 billet aluminum, Rough Country’s winch shackle is stronger and more secure than regular winch hooks, safely able to hold 17,000lbs to tackle the toughest recovery scenarios. Rough Country’s Winch Thimble Shackle is compatible with both 3/4in and 7/8in D-Rings and works with both synthetic and steel cables up to a 1/2in diameter and both hawse or roller fairleads. Installation is a snap with no special tools required!

Simple and cheap, not horribly well made.. c-clip that holds cable into thimble is extremely thin and barley holds its self in, rubber fairlead bumper won't really stay on. But as the form of the actual product "function as intended" but serves as the price point.

    • Looks great but rough metal parts were left and it can damage the rope
The media could not be loaded. Love how it looks but the inside has rough sharp small edges that the rope is going to get ripped on. I know it will be small ones but it’ll eventually give out from there. This needs to be smooth for the synthetic rope to move freely and do its job.
