The Biden/Harris cutouts are beautiful! I ordered the cutouts for our Inaugural ball on January 17, 2021. Unfortunately the cutouts were left outside and damaged by rain. They were easy to set up so I taped them together and placed them next. to my Obama cutouts. I went to the Amazon site and saw that I could return them to a Kohl's store near me. I called the store, but they were not taking returns due to the pandemic so I put them in my recycle bin. I sent a complaint to Amazon and a few days later a new set arrived, but too late for the party. I was happy to get the replacements and figured I'd keep them for 2024. Today I found a notice dated March 9 (I also found a notice dated 2/17/21) that informed me that if I did not return the damaged product, I would be charged twice. Since the originals were long gone, and I didn't want to be charged again, I sent the undamaged cutouts back to Amazon today. I regret I did not know that I was required to return the damaged goods before I put them in the recycle bin, but such is life. ... show more
