Very easy to use. I switched the cord with a different length. I was surprised that the quality was so good in spite of a very affordable price. I have seen single ratchet mechanaisms for a higher price than this set of two, including the cords. Have purchased multiple times and highly recommend.

The "4 pack" arrived with only 2 ratchets and 2 attached carabiner, no rope, no second carabiner for the rope. I triple checked, it says "4 pack (2 pair)" WTF?
