Assembly without directions was not even a serious challenge because the bike arrived well packed and protected with padding while building I was immediately impressed with construction, detail especially with cable runs and electronics is perfect. Took a couple of rides to get used to controls and serious weight of the bike. First ride in the snow was a challenge and tipped over once on an ice pack snowed spot. Seriously I love riding this bike. It rolls over and normal road condition that my road bike would avoid. No regrets with this bike and I am not even a fan of mountain bikes— go figure! ... show more

    • Brake design flaw
The bike itself is well built and rides beautifully. The brakes have a possible dangerous flaw. The bike mechanics that are adjusting my brakes found the disk only makes contact with half of the pads. This caused uneven wear and less grip on the disk.

Brakes don't contact entire roller also the past are very inferior. No adjustment on the front suspension no advance adjustment on screen display. Can't adjust Km to miles. Pressing the upper and lower plus keys only gets me this SPp no input changes changes anything on bike specs. When I turn on my lights the light goes down and the area code of 002 is displayed I was told it is my controller. Purchase bike in March of last year. ... show more
