I bought two of the Pros for my wife and myself. After I assembled the first one we found it was too big for my wife. I am 5'10" and that is the minimum if you expect to have both feet flat on the ground while sitting on the bike. My problem is not with the bike, the one I assembled seems to live up to most of the 5 star reviews. I use Amazon almost exclusively because of their easy and free returns. That is not the case with this item. That fact is there but is buried in the return policy. So not seeing it is on me, but I have become used to if shipping is free returns are too. On this item to get a free return there must be a quality issue otherwise you must pay for return shipping. Amazon makes it clear if you have to pay for shipping, they should do the same if you have to pay for returns. The customer service is outstanding and is working with me to minimize my cost. Again this is a good bike and I plan on replacing it with the Juliet 2 model. Update: After consideration I felt docking the review because Amazon didn't do a good job making the return policy clear wasn't fair, so 5 stars. I have had a chance to ride the bike a bit and it is very smooth and solid. Yes, it is very heavy. If this is your first Ebike, as it is mine, there is a learning curve. Make sure you understand the controls and how the pedal assist works, it's not what I was expecting. This is an excellent bike and the customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time, certainly the best on an Amazon purchase. ... show more
