  • Awesome bike
I bought the romeo pro for myself and the juliet 2 for my wife. This bike is amazing and so much fun we ride all day and only used about 15% of the battery.Im 6'2 and 230lbs and this bike has plenty of power to go flat surface or uphill. This is a big beefy bike it would probably be to big for most women or really anybody under at least 5'10...But if you are looking for a very slick looking ebike that u never have to worry about running out of battery this is the move...The romeo looks more like a motorcycle or dirtbike than a ebike..I have gotten speeds up to 32mph on flat surface with so much power..This is great bike for the price and u get what u pay for and I would recommend this bike or the juliet 2 to anyone looking for a ebike to cruise around the city ..it also does great in grass or dirt or gravel. We have done around 25 miles and still have 88% battery...highly recommend these bikes!!!!I placed my order and within 24hrs I had a customer service representative reach out to me and keep me updated on the status of my order the entire time until I received my bike which took less than a week..the rep was there through the entire buying process and after to answer any and all questions I had about my bike... ... show more

  • Horrible customer service
If I could give no stars I would...this is my second bike from eahora...I received this in October during Amazon sale...I live in Illinois so testing it out had to wait till spring. I have riden the bike twice now and have 3 miles on it. Now it will not power on. I reached out to seller for help. They are requesting to buy a volt tester thing and test different components on video. I am not handy, I do not own tester and with a $2500 brand new bike with only 3 miles I find their support unacceptable. I have a $2500 paperweight...Amazon won't help since it's over 30 days so I'm disputing charge with my cc now...I'm totally frustrated and at a loss on what to do now...it was 80 degrees yesterday and I'm not out riding...very disappointed...I would not recommend any bike from eahora as their service after the sale is non existent! ... show more

  • Maybe One off, but a fun ride
The front suspension failed early on, it was constantly bottoming out and adjustments did not work. This doesn't seem to be a common problem, the company was helpful in making things right. I found a decent set of air shocks for 200.00. The Romeo Pro was easy to assemble. The bike is heavy but still peddles easily even without the battery assist or even when the battery is not installed. Definitely one of the best looking E-bikes on the market but be prepared to do some of your own upgrades. The CST BFT is a Fat Tire for a Bicycle, not a Heavy Duty EBike wheel. The Romeo is a heavy Bike would recommend upgrading the tire and tube set. Getting a flat on this bike is no fun because you are likely far from where you started given the great range the 48V 60ah battery gives you. Overall fun well performing bike I would like to think the front shock issue is a rare occurrence. ... show more

  • Best investment !
The bike is great in all weather conditions including snow ! It's comfortable to ride ! Holds charge greatly, gets good mileage. What more could you ask for !

  • Powerful assist and great range
Love this bike so far. Great for longer rides, and has a very long range for even max speed. 30+ miles on lvl 5 boost with no peddling with speeds between 25 and 35 mph. One thing to note, the bike limits you to 25 on the speedometer, so you have to adjust some settings to get it up to the 35 mph range. Max speed I’ve gotten is 38 with a back wind. I used some engine enamel paint to give it a nice bright color. ... show more

  • Battery is no good
I had this Romeo Pro for just one year when the battery died. It was just two weeks after the warranty ran out. The cost to replace the battery is as much as some bikes. I wouldn't recommend this company or any of its products to anyone. For the price I paid for this bike it should have lasted a lot longer than one year. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this bike. ... show more

  • You get this thing dialed in and it moves!
Use this everyday to work and back, round trip 20 miles. One charge on the battery will lasts me four days, that's with at some of the ride going up a long steep grade. This thing moves I'm 6' 220lbs. I had this thing 50-58 mph, average around 40-45mph. Saves gas, wear and tear on my car and makes for a good ride on a nice day. ... show more
