Purchased this rug for my living room area in my new apartment. I love the rug. The colors are exactly as shown in the picture. My dog threw up on it already and it didn't stain. Great buy for the price!

The carpet arrived. The description is incorrect: It was not labeled Chester by Artistic Weavers. See Photo. It is less than 0.25 inch thick not 0.7 as described. It was also described as weighing 21.9 pounds yet it’s weight is only 17 pounds. The difference in thickness could account for the difference in weight. I was not sure if it is actually the rug I ordered so I contacted Amazon customer service who waited on the line while I opened it. It does appear to have the same pattern. At that point I had moved furniture and placed it on the floor so we will see how it holds up. I was hoping for the thicker medium pile as described. ... show more

The rug was quite a big price jump from the 8x10 to the 9x12. It shouldn’t be almost double the price. I was in love with the vibrant magenta’s and teals that had been shown in this rug online on various sites. However the rug is quite a bit more dull and the teals and aquas are more of a deep royal/navy blue and the aqua is more like a light country blue. The orange in person completely over powers the magenta. The ivory section is more like a dirty cream kind of color. If you’re wanting a rug that has deep blue in it, definitely try this rug out. But I needed teal so I’m disappointed. The rug is really thin which I can live with but wasn’t thrilled about. It’s not soft either. More of an outdoor feel to it. It does add a lot of color to a room and is a pretty rug and I likely would have been happy if it had been the RIGHT colors. You will absolutely need a rug pad because even as a 9x12, this thing slides right out from under you when you step on it so be careful. ... show more

Just buy the rug!! It is beautiful. If you're looking for comfort, it is thin tbh so I'd recommend also purchasing a rug pad - but I have a coffee table sitting on this holding it in place and lots of pets so the less soft surfaces - the better for me. I bought one from this seller when I moved into new place but it was a lighter color like a light beige not same pattern and it was to small 5x7. Did not like it so I placed it in office. It was not colorful enough. This one is a bigger rug almost 7x9 and for $85 you can't beat it. Wish I could of taken a longer shot so you could see size but my place is a mess decorating. Had to move this heavy coffee table, and then after put it back. It is very colorful just what I wanted. However would of given this 5 stars but it is a thin rug, not plush, not soft. Nice but thin. Like I said for $85!! Plus with a dog why spend more.. Happy because I needed a 10 ft runner to match also. Hard to find 10 ft that matches. It's behind the recliner and runs the entrance to room you might see it in background I have the old rug rolled up flattening it out that was heavy, thick and plush but blah. The detail of the pattern is completely lost, it doesn’t look as crisp or clear as it does in the photo. If I were rating it solely off the look I would give it a 2, because I had higher expectations. I got the 2x3 for my feet under my desk at home so the visual isn’t the most important thing. Very very soft, which I love! And it is synthetic, so hopefully it will wash/dry easily in the future. The softness brings it up to a 4. If it was thicker and plush, it would be at 5*. ... show more

We have not had it long so I cannot comment on durability or stains (thankfully)- but I do like the way it works in our space. It arrived quickly. I think that the price was reasonable. The colors are bright but match well with other items. It’s more of a “worn” antique look than crisp colors but I like that… It looks like it will hide stains well. It isn’t super thick and it is not a soft/plush so we put a carpet pad under it. It is still comfortable enough for the kids to play on. ... show more
