This safe is good quality. Works great. I missed placed or lost my key to the safe when I moved in May 2023. About 3 weeks ago I messaged the vendor can I purchase another key. I have yet to get a reply. Very disapointed.

I forgot my personal code already and was relieved to have the extra keys as a resort to get in the safe and reset the password if needed. Also relieved to know important information etc. will be safe if there was a fire etc.
