I love that you can put the rings on how thick you want your dough. I have two grandchildren that would push too hard and the have uneven cookies now these let them make just right thickness in cookie making. Well worth the money. The plastic mats are a bonus. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to get a rolling pin with thickness adjustment rings for a long while, I finally decided to purchase this product after reading reviews on many different type of rolling pins. I am so happy I got this rolling pin, as it exceeds every aspect of my expectation. It is so easy to use being not too heavy or too light, it takes no effort to clean. I have no idea why a few reviewers complained about the dough sticks to the pin, how could it even possible> I will get another one as a gift.
