The battery does last long and the mileage on it kind of sucks, but it’s a smooth ride, folds up nicely to transport, and it’s super fun and good quality. It goes fast and I’m yet to crash it despite being a horrible driver on it. It will last about 45 minutes give or take on how long it’s been charging.

I would not recommend these electric scooters to anyone, especially for children. I purchased three of them in May 2026, and we have had issue after issue, including problems with the chargers. The most serious issue happened when the screws on one of the scooters came loose while my son was riding it. He fell off and injured his chin, arm, and chest. A product that is being sold for children should NOT have basic hardware coming loose and putting them in danger. I have contacted the company multiple times by message and email, trying to get this situation resolved. Their response has essentially been that they will not provide a refund because too much time has passed. I purchased these in May 2026—only about three months ago. I find that response completely unacceptable, especially considering that the product has now resulted in my child getting hurt. We purchased three scooters, and unfortunately, it hasn't been just one isolated problem. We've experienced repeated issues with the scooters and chargers. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of these scooters and the company's customer service. When a child's safety is involved, I expect a company to take the situation seriously instead of hiding behind a time limit. I strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing these scooters. My children’s safety is far more important than the money I spent on them, and I regret purchasing all three.

Got this for my niece as my sister just moved houses and has my niece walking further to school. She loves it though, and specifically wanted a pink scooter so I did the cool unc thing to do and got it for her. She's said she has no issues with it and can get to and from school with no issues. Got her a matching pink helmet too so she's loving it. Overall i would recommend, and I hope it lasts her a while

Super satisfied. + Very fast acceleration, decent top speed. + Great for any weather (I've even ridden this in the thick of Minnesota snow) and as long as you're not going at the top speed, its very easy to drive. +/- Good range (although it does slow down a bit as you get to lower battery). I use it for daily commutes of about ~6 miles/day and it can last me 3-4 days without running out of battery. +/- OK app although a lot of the features like the locking are kinda hard to make use of because the bike has to stay on (and wasting battery) and you have to reconnect which can some times take a few minutes. - Only major issue with the scooter itself is the wheels are quite thin and not like the rentable scooters you might see (like Lime). You will have to be much more mindful of the holes and crevices on the road, particularly those that can line up with your wheel's forward motion and may steer the wheel off course. I've had some scares but now I'm much more attentive and don't have many issues.

I don’t like to leave reviews unless I’m super happy with a product. And this scooter is my first one and I have to say it has met my expectations. It is easy to learn how to ride it. It only took me a few minutes in a day to practice and boom! I am enjoying it to its full speed capacity 🤩. It feels sturdy and comfortable even on small bumps. I like the 3 settings it comes with. I highly recommend it if you’re a first time scooter user.

Granddaughter received the pink scooter for her birthday in August. It was easy putting together, holds the charge well, has a good speed, well put together, folds down which makes it easier when taking in the car. It has a wider foot stand. We are happy with the purchase.

This thing goes fast, I legitimately fly around town and I love it. It’s pretty durable. My main concern is that it doesn’t seem to get as much ride time as it advertised. I get about 2-3 miles of coverage before the battery life starts to flash red. I was expecting to get like 6 miles. I’m not sure if there’s a display error too because sometimes I will power it off at 3 bars of battery, and once I power it back on minutes later it will jump back up to 4 bars. Very strange but nonetheless it’s been reliable for me when traveling around the neighborhood and the tires have been extremely durable. I also like how strong and fast the brakes work, it helps me feel super safe while riding fast.
