I got this pc tower delivered on 5-15-20 and as soon as i opened the box and plugged it in the tower would not even boot. I am a huge fan of asus but and i cant say for sure if it was the shipping or just a faulty component but i am extreamly disapointed. The asus customer service members that i talked to had no idea how a simple gaming computer even works i had to tell them what was wrong and explain the possible causes for the issue. I have now sent the tower back to the manufacturer for diagnostics and repair but due to this pandemic i may not see my pc for several months due to the parts not being available. Will update when i get a reponce from asus about the problem. ***UPDATE*** i just recieved my computer back from ASUS and it works great for what i need. ASUS kept in contqct with me the whole way. As long as your local delivery service is careful with packages you ahould never have any issues and i would recomend this product. ... show more

This is a nice machine, it provides a lot of bang for the buck, the only thing I would have changed would be the chipset on the motherboard but that would’ve driven the price up so hey The head phone peg seems flimsy but has held up so far
