This is a good set of bands that will let you do lots of different exercises with a large range of resistance. Length is suitable for taller people or for use with leg exercises. The smallest band is really thin; probably only useful for small muscles or rehab. It's nice they come with a pouch to store them. The included door anchor is good. They are thick and don't seem like they will break easily. They come with a slightly sticky film on them. But if you wash them with a mild soap, they come out dry with a matte surface. My son still thinks they are too "smooth" - not sure if that's really a problem.

These work decently well. However the bands seem to be mad different weights by reducing width. So the lightest band is thinner than my pinky. It kind of makes it uncomfortable to hold onto. They still work though and they come with a door attachment that works very well.

I've seen people use loop bands in workout videos on YouTube and other outlets, but I've never tried them myself. I'm a fan of regular exercise bands, so I thought I'd give these a shot. Holy cow! You get a lot of weight resistance in this very small package. The product's description page on Amazon says you get from 5-100 lbs. of resistance from the four different bands. After one workout with them, I absolutely believe it. They come with a door anchor, carrying bag and some suggested exercises. They're extremely portable and versatile. However, you will probably need to practice with them a little to get a good feel for them. I first tried a follow-along video. I found that I had to pause between every exercise so I could figure out exactly how the instructor was using the bands, and then I would have to test out various bands to see what weight would work for me for every different exercise. These were all exercises that only used bands (well, one used a chair too), but you did not need to use the anchor. What should have taken 30 minutes took me over an hour because of all the futzing around I had to do. Once I got it, though, I could REALLY feel it. Of the dozen or so different exercised (repeated twice), I do believe I used every band in the set. I know I'll love these in the long run. I get tired to lifting weights all the time, so bands shake up a routine. Plus they create a different kind of muscle tension, so you're getting a workout for sure. I just wish I was a little quicker to learn how to properly use them, but I'm going to keep practicing. The anchored exercises I've seen look fantastic, so that's my next attempt. I'll get it. So far, though, I'm very please with this purchase and very much recommend adding these to your fitness regimen.

These seem to be a quality product- the various resistance levels are good to have, and the distinct colors are helpful to know the level band you’ve got. The square edges can be a little uncomfortable- especially the blue band, which measures about 3/16” by 3/16” all along the length. Comes with door anchor, which is nice, though if handles came, too, that could be an improvement.

This multi-pack of resistance bands has a lot of uses and appear to be well-made. None have split or broken so far. They allow you to really customize your workout. I sure am glad my older brother didn't have these when we were kids as he would have spent all day snapping me with them.
