Great workout addition at a great price!
Color: 0.3-1.3in
I recently purchased the Resistance Bands set from Amazon, and I must say, I am incredibly impressed with their quality and versatility. With 4 different resistance levels. these bands have become an essential part of my workout routine, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Improved my overall fitness and helped me reach my goals effectively
Color: 0.3-1.2in
The media could not be loaded. Hey there, fellow fitness enthusiasts! I wanted to share my personal experience with the ROEL-PLAY Resistance Band set. Let me tell you, this thing has been a game-changer for my workouts. First off, the durability of these bands is top-notch. Made from 100% natural latex, they can take a beating without breaking or wearing out. I've given them a real run for their money, and they've held up like champs. The door anchor, which is made of memory foam, keeps its shape and doesn't get all wonky with use. What I really appreciate about this set is the range of resistance options it offers. There are four bands in total, each with a different color and resistance level. You got blue (5-10 lbs), red (15-30 lbs), black (30-60 lbs), and purple (60-100 lbs). So, no matter if you're just starting out or a seasoned pro, you can find the right level to challenge yourself. I've used these bands for various exercises, and they've never let me down. They're great for strength training, assisted pull-ups, basketball tension training—you name it. Plus, if you're recovering from an injury or in physical therapy, these bands are perfect for that too. They work wonders for targeting different muscle groups and giving you a full-body workout. Now, let's talk convenience. This set comes with a waterproof bag, which is a total game-changer. I can easily carry it around wherever I go. Whether I'm at home, hitting the gym, or even on the road, I have my workout routine right by my side. It's like having my own personal mobile gym, and it's made staying consistent so much easier. When it comes to value for the price, this set is a steal. Seriously, you're getting a high-quality product that can handle some serious use, along with excellent customer service. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, this set has got you covered. I've compared the ROEL-PLAY Resistance Band set to others on the market, and it really stands out. The durability, range of resistance levels, and the added bonus of portability make it a winner. It ticks all the boxes for me and has truly exceeded my expectations. Now, I don't have any major complaints, but I do have a small suggestion. It would be great if the resistance levels were more clearly indicated on the bands themselves. It took me a little while to memorize which color represented which resistance. To sum it all up, the ROEL-PLAY Resistance Band set has become a crucial part of my daily routine. It's improved my overall fitness and helped me reach my goals effectively. With its durability, versatility, and portability, it's worth every penny. If you're looking to take your workout to the next level, I highly recommend giving this set a try. You won't be disappointed!

Would benefit from washing, but are good bands
Color: 0.3-1.3in
This is a good set of bands that will let you do lots of different exercises with a large range of resistance. Length is suitable for taller people or for use with leg exercises. The smallest band is really thin; probably only useful for small muscles or rehab. It's nice they come with a pouch to store them. The included door anchor is good. They are thick and don't seem like they will break easily. They come with a slightly sticky film on them. But if you wash them with a mild soap, they come out dry with a matte surface. My son still thinks they are too "smooth" - not sure if that's really a problem.

Decent Bands
Color: 0.3-1.2in
These work decently well. However the bands seem to be mad different weights by reducing width. So the lightest band is thinner than my pinky. It kind of makes it uncomfortable to hold onto. They still work though and they come with a door attachment that works very well.

They Take Some Getting Used To
Color: 0.3-1.2in
I've seen people use loop bands in workout videos on YouTube and other outlets, but I've never tried them myself. I'm a fan of regular exercise bands, so I thought I'd give these a shot. Holy cow! You get a lot of weight resistance in this very small package. The product's description page on Amazon says you get from 5-100 lbs. of resistance from the four different bands. After one workout with them, I absolutely believe it. They come with a door anchor, carrying bag and some suggested exercises. They're extremely portable and versatile. However, you will probably need to practice with them a little to get a good feel for them. I first tried a follow-along video. I found that I had to pause between every exercise so I could figure out exactly how the instructor was using the bands, and then I would have to test out various bands to see what weight would work for me for every different exercise. These were all exercises that only used bands (well, one used a chair too), but you did not need to use the anchor. What should have taken 30 minutes took me over an hour because of all the futzing around I had to do. Once I got it, though, I could REALLY feel it. Of the dozen or so different exercised (repeated twice), I do believe I used every band in the set. I know I'll love these in the long run. I get tired to lifting weights all the time, so bands shake up a routine. Plus they create a different kind of muscle tension, so you're getting a workout for sure. I just wish I was a little quicker to learn how to properly use them, but I'm going to keep practicing. The anchored exercises I've seen look fantastic, so that's my next attempt. I'll get it. So far, though, I'm very please with this purchase and very much recommend adding these to your fitness regimen.

Good exercise bands.
Color: 0.3-1.3in
These seem to be a quality product- the various resistance levels are good to have, and the distinct colors are helpful to know the level band you’ve got. The square edges can be a little uncomfortable- especially the blue band, which measures about 3/16” by 3/16” all along the length. Comes with door anchor, which is nice, though if handles came, too, that could be an improvement.

These seem to do the job
Color: 0.3-1.2in
This multi-pack of resistance bands has a lot of uses and appear to be well-made. None have split or broken so far. They allow you to really customize your workout. I sure am glad my older brother didn't have these when we were kids as he would have spent all day snapping me with them.

Snapped.
Color: 0.3-1.3in
Black band snapped during first use. The WSAKOUE were much more durable and safer.
