I was skeptical about this chair because at the time of purchase, there was not a single review. However, I live in Hawaii and this was literally the only chair I could find that would ship to my island without paying $300+ in shipping (even with Prime). I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and how comfortable it is. The cup holders are not particularly aesthetic, but will come in handy in our nursery. This is not our first child so I’m looking for more functionality anyway lol. It reclines, swivels, and rocks very easily. It only took about 20 minutes to put together by myself and I am 20 weeks pregnant. Four stars because it came with a few spots on it. I will be shampooing it today, but the spots seem like they will come out fairly easily so not too worried about it at the moment. Overall, very good quality for the price! ... show more

Unit packaging was damaged to the point that I had to cut the box offf to assemble the chair to learn if I could use the chair. By the time I got it partially assembled, it was obvious that I was unable to complete the assembly. And that it would not fit my needs. Being partially assembled, I could not get it repackaged per your return requirements. I purchased this in good faith, thinking that it would satisfy my needs, and that it would be returnable if not! We got this chair for our baby's nursery. It is comfy and has thick padding. I gave it 4 stars because of how difficult and long it took to put together. The most difficult part is the arm rest. If you're struggling, make sure you have another person to pull out the arm rest on one side while you pull the other side. They provide a instruction video for the arms, but it does not help. ... show more

Husbands Christmas present! He LOVES it!! Took a while to put together but once he sat down, he was so happy! Been wanting to get one for a while but hes crazy picky haha we narrowed it down to 3 and this was the final pick. Not real leather but has that broken in feel.
