Pretty obvious there is a manufacturing issue with the weld nuts inside the base poles. First and foremost, the amount of paint on both the bolt and nut threads is ridiculous.. secondly, the welds busted on the exact same nuts on each chair before the bolt was even half way installed and no, it was not cross threaded. Maybe I got unlucky but for the price point… I just expected better quality.

Great chairs, look awesome in the space. Great value for the money. Super easy to put together. My only negative would be that the arms had small dents in them, probably from shipping. No big deal! Overall very happy with the purchase.
