In my opinion the remote isn't long enough and falls on the floor constantly. Also, there is something that feels like wood that rubs and leaves sores on the back of my legs. It really hurts. After awhile they feel like burns.

I love to rock in the chair. My 3 chihuahuas and I fit well in the chair. I wish it felt sturdier and that there was less apace between arms of chair and seat. Im always losing something down the side. I enjoy the way it reclines but heat and vibration not very strong. chair is heavy and hard to move, but it looks great and I sit in it everyday. For the money, a good buy.

Its very wide. It won't sit in the area of my old one since the back is so wide. The massage is nice but you don't feel it much even on high. The heat is really nice though. Gets really warm. Its rather lumpy. You can fell the rollers and springs in some areas. After having it a few weeks I'm not sure it will last. The fluff in the foot rest is already separating so you can feel the edge of the foot rest. That is one of the main reasons I'm not a fan of recliners. My hubbly loves his but I'm not as big of a fan. I might be sending mine back. Going to give it a little longer then decide.
