This bike offers a smooth and enjoyable ride. I took it to a shop to be tuned (I recommend doing this!) after I put it together. They adjusted the brakes, wheel alignment, and shifters and now this bike is perfect! I did have to adjust to the riding position and my low back wasnt happy at first. Since switching from a cruiser, I needed some time to adjust but after a couple of rides it felt more comfortable. I got the teal color and it's a beautiful pastel turquoise. I am used to riding and working on high end bikes. For the price I am impressed with what you get. If you ride 100 miles a week, you will want something better. If you want a decent bike to ride on occasion it great. Brakes work fine, better than side pull or cantilevers but not as good as hydraulic discs. Took me a couple hours to assemble but I also adjusted the hubs, took apart some preassemble items to grease. Torqued all the bolts. Shifting was prefect out of the box. ... show more

I bought the bike for girlfriend for Mother’s Day and so far she’s used it for about 2 miles, but it was very easy to put together and adjust all the parts. The quality of the bike and frame are very nice, the shifting system is smooth out of the box. So far very happy with the purchase! This bike is pretty heavy and solid, not a light weight aluminum. The directions were okay, but if you have put a bike together before you will be fine, if you have not be careful not to put the front together where you mix up your handle bar wires. The bike is sturdy, I am almost 5'7 and it fit me and 6'0 spouse. The ride was smooth but I am not sure how I feel about the handle bars, but I am old school so it is probably a me thing. The speeds adjust pretty easily with no issue, but it is on the cheap side and you can feel it when switching gears. This bike is nothing fancy, it's a basic model like what you would get at box stores like Walmart, but it will get you to where you are going. ... show more
