Wow. Totally solved all of the issues with the carrier provided device. Speeds went from averaging 10MbpS down 1MbpS up to 150MbpS Down and 50MbpS up. Easy to set up and maintain. It does need restarted once a week or so, but other than that, it was worth every penny. For the first time in my life I feel like I have a reasonable connection at home! ... show more

It works great, as the five-star reviews say. However, from time to time, once every 24 hours to once a week, it disconnects from the cellular network and requires a restart. I set it up to restart at 4 AM every morning, but it does not! There is absolutely no company support, FAQ, helpline, etc, so we are on our own. If you know of any newsgroup/forum/discourse that discusses this router where we can exchange gripes and solutions, please let us all know. ... show more

I had to move my business into a large storage unit so no option for wired internet. The unit has power and is climate controlled and cell service is good outside but it's a metal building with a metal roll-up door. I have T-Mobile and while I get 5G and 250-300Mbps outside signal strength and data speed on my phone drops to practically nothing as soon as I shut the door. I tried a hotspot and the signal was a little better, but it would get super hot and I was concerned about the battery and running it while I wasn't there. This router solved my problem. It was easy to set up and I didn't need to do anything on the cellular side to make it work. I can now get 80-100Mbps with the door closed and I plan on swapping out a couple of the mounted antennas for a wired antenna I can run under the door and sit outside while I'm there. Some of the pop-up windows are in Chinese but the menu is English and well laid out. ... show more

This router worked great with a T-Mobile sim, but when I tried a Visible sim it would not work with repeated attempts to spoof the IMEI and change the APN. Then I tried a factory reset and it caused the router to brick. Won't work at all now with any sim. I can't find any contact info for support to get help with this. If support will contact me to help correct this problem, I will change my review. Stay tuned! ... show more

PSU came DOA and 1 antenna was bent. Luckily I had a spare 12v adapter and was able to bend the case back. The speeds are impressive. Software is pretty customizable, be sure to save the instructions.
