So many things to say and only good. The smith machine itself is really good for the price. Coop from garage gym reviews has a video on it and he praised it as well. I’m a 6 foot tall guy so it is a little small when it comes to squatting but absolutely still useable so don’t let that turn you off. The smith machine is smooth and although it obviously feels cheaper than a $1500 version at the gym, it’s surprisingly sturdy. The pulley system works fine as well. Probably wouldn’t hurt to upgrade it at some point but if you’re respectful with it I suspect it will last a very long time. Overall I’m very happy with the actual machine. What really shines is this sellers customer service. I live in an area where the fedex sorting facility is TERRIBLE. There are news articles about them losing packages constantly and people are opening a suit against fedex. So the original package was lost. They sent another out straight away and although that was also lost, fedex finally found it. It took right at a month to arrive but none of that was the sellers fault. In fact not only did they ship another box, they refunded me $15 simply for the inconvenience. And it wasn’t an inconvenience caused by them. They responded daily and I honestly feel like providing good customer service is a priority for them. I never felt like a bother or a second thought. I cannot recommend buying from them enough. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Its no wonder that this one is the top selling Smith Machine currently on Amazon. I also believe RitFit customer service has a lot to do with that (with all the 5 star reviews). The RitFit 2.0 Smith Machine checked all the boxes for what I was looking for: - reasonably (low) priced - small footprint (which works in a 4ft x 4ft space) - quality materials and stable for my workouts - upper and lower pulleys included (with foot rest for rows) Upon unboxing, I noticed the quality with the included materials right away; definitely 14 guage at least. The 2.0 version also comes with solid steel guide rods and steel bearings for the slides. As a result, the barbell slides very smooth and is quite stable. RitFit customer service is also exceptional. They resolved an issue I had (as one of the long plate storage pegs was a little warped and I couldn't slide my weight plate all the way down). After I contacted RitFit customer service they were very understanding and promptly shipped me a replacement storage peg that arrived a few days later. If you're in the market looking for a Smith Machine similar to what I needed, don't hesitate, just buy the 2.0 version. ... show more

This is just a short review due to delays on olympic plates I will edit an post photos & videos on what a Great Combo and incredible space saving unit this is let me tell you I live in a studio now but lived in a house 🏠 with a basement with a huge Smith Machine but I would had traded that one in a Heart Beat for RitFit's incredible heavy duty space saving Smith Machine Lat Pull up combo. I still can't believe I can fit a Smith Machine in a studio and the incredible price 🙌 and incredible customer service 👏 they are the best 👌 quick response and very generous 👏 I have to say if you don't own one already what are you wanting for purchase one like ASAP beats the hell out of going to the gym and having to wait for a Machine also the convenience if it's raining snowing freezing out side now you have now Excuse not to get insane and the RitFit Smith Machine Power Rack with LAT-Pull Down System is the Machine that will help you get into the most Amazing shape possible 👍 Thank you guys for all of your help. So far so good took 3 1/2 hours to put together ! It’s not hard just a little time consuming and prepping ..problem is it’s just pictures with numbers no real instructions so make sure you look at whole picture cuz can miss stuff the bumpers ..overall very sturdy so far .
