I Got the 2 boxes and box with collars in a timely manner. I contacted Ritfit and they were very quick to reply and very friendly as well as professional. I watched a YouTube video to put it together, which I recommend. It fits nicely in my mancave. I can move the foot rests for rowing and move my bench in for incline Bench. I had read where that could not be done, but it works. Then put the easily to take off and put back on feet rests. I can a complete body workout with no problem. The only thing I did not care for was the small tube of oil for bearings, it had leaked out. Before using. I will get some for the future. It the bar slides smoothly and very little noise. If you want a way to workout at home without the hassle of going to a gym this is for you. Less wasted time and easier to do right there at home! Quality of the equipment is very sturdy for my needs. Highly recommend this product. I had ordered some extra accessories such as a v-shaped tricep handle and v-shaped row handle. But it has been about 2 months with no reply saying I would get email when they were sending it, so I cancelled that order. Everything else was great!

The machine shipped a couple of days after I placed the order and arrived in multiple boxes over three days. For assembly, I followed another reviewer's advice and used an 11/16 socket with my drill. This method proved to be a significant time saver compared to using a manual socket wrench or the provided tools. The instructions are primarily visual, so pay close attention to the illustrations. While they weren't bad overall, there was one part with a poorly drawn diagram that led me to install two parts on the wrong side initially. This mistake required me to disassemble what I had already put together to correct it. Timothy Murray’s review highlighted a similar issue and included helpful images for reference. I wish I had read that before I assembled mine. About 75% of the assembly can be completed alone, but for the remaining 25%, you'll need someone to assist in holding up certain parts during the process. It took me approximately 5 hours to complete the assembly by myself, and I had to use a ladder and pillows to support some pieces while screwing them in. I contacted the seller for a replacement piece as one was damaged and I received it quickly. Thank you! Aside from the hiccup with the instructions and the damaged piece, I am happy with this product. It is sturdy and works well. Tip: Take all of the parts out of the box, label them and layout in order BEFORE beginning the assembly. I did this and it helped a lot, especially since the parts do not come pre-labeled.

Darn near perfect for the space I have. Some issues with the bench I have but not a big deal. It does get wobbly on heavier squats 300 or so. Otherwise price/quality is hard to beat.

Got this a month or so ago and have really enjoyed it. Assembly was pretty easy. Did need help on a few parts. The machine itself seems well made and very sturdy for home use. The smith machine slides easily and does what it is meant to do. The rowing and pull-down accessories are nice. Wish they had a non-permanent connection for the pull-down bar so I could change out different handles for different exercises. They have it for the rowing bar so I'm not sure why they didn't on the pull-down bar. Overall, a great machine for the price and the footprint is much smaller than other smith machines so it fits great in the space I have.

For the money you can't beat it as far as I'm concerned...but this is not for someone that's 6'5, 220 lbs of solid muscle, and needs the full functionality of a gym rated Smith machine. The benefits of this machine are also its drawbacks. It is significantly cheaper, lighter, and smaller than something you will pay at least double or triple for. However it is definitely sturdy enough to hold up to the average gym goers daily use. The one major drawback I feel like everyone who buys this should be aware of is that the depth inside of the Smith machine itself is not very good. By this I mean that you can do a flat bench press just fine, but trying an incline or decline press is impossible unless you have a very very small and compact adjustable bench. And even then I'm not sure it would work. If you must have incline and decline bench press options then I would steer away from this unit. The other thing I would complain about but it's definitely not enough to make me not purchase the unit, is the knurling on the bar is inconsistent. Some places it feels adequate and some places it feels like it's not there at all. The positives are that both sets of guide rods for the Smith machine and the lat pull down are very smooth, it takes up a very small footprint compared to other machines, and it feels plenty sturdy for the average user. The bang for your buck is unbeatable.

Pros: Good price, takes up little space, very versatile. Cons: Horrible assembly instructions; a bit wobbly as others have stated, but not seriously bad. The company really needs some better instructions and assembly videos.

I bought the pink one and it's a very nice smith machine. I bought another brand a long time ago and didn't like it. It didn't have the guide rods that makes the machine move smoothly up and down. And, it cost more than the ritfit. I don't do heavy lifting. This machine is perfect and very convenient. I don't do public gyms. This machine is compact and very efficient for home use. I highly recommend this smith machine 2.0. I'm very content with this purchase.
