The instructions are hard to understand, but if you do contact their Instagram support, they will literally send you videos of the issue you were having with. I had an issue with the pulley and with the cables being incorrect and they sent me two videos of each one and how to install them. I also had a bent part which is the left hook arm and they sent me a replacement one for free. Customer service has been amazing with me. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m very satisfied with the end product. However, I’m giving it a 4 star due to having to hire help to put this monster together because the instructions were not clear. In the end, everything came out just the way it’s described. The leg press feature is a PLUS. But be aware that there is definitely a learning curve when using this piece. It took me a few tries to figure it out. The cables are a 1:1 ratio. The smith machine is very smooth. Seller or manufacturer may just need to revise the set-up instructions to make this a 5 star product. ... show more

I knew going into this that the instructions were garbage. I’m an aircraft mechanic, so I wasn’t worried about it. It was aggravating that they give so much details with the easy steps, but next to no info in other areas. The biggest issue I have is the foot pads. Instructions call for 5/5 foot pads. I had four, so I asked them for the missing one. They responded with it being an error in the instructions, it only needs four. I responded with: I didn’t ask for a fifth foot pad because the instruction say 5/5. I’m asking because the gym does indeed have five feet. They still have yet to send me the fifth foot pad. If you have floors you want to protect be ready with your only rubber to go underneath. They will literally argue with you over a 10 cent part. ... show more

I'll start off by saying the instruction manual is the most confusing thing I've ever read. Gives zero step by step information causing me to put things together out of order and take apart several pieces and put them back together. Also the four guiding rods that came for the weight stacks are all different sizes, none of them fit properly, so I'm having to manipulate their sizes with my own tools, causing a major headache. ... show more

Work like a charm. Highly recommend. It took me about 7 hours to assemble. Paper instructions aren't the best but they have video on YouTube so if you smart enough to use them both you'll be fine. Best price on Amazon.

The instructions are not up to date. The bolts are not labeled. Took several days to put together. Don't waste your time and money. Company offered me a 20% refund, then claimed there refunding department wasn't working. So they are also very dishonest.

The assembly instructions have been updated and are MUCH easier to figure out the paths for the cables then they use to be. The weights that come with it are 2-130lb stacks, discription could lead you to believe each stack is 260lb but it's a very sturdy and smooth rack. Only issues I have are the rubber feet don't fit and I'm missing one but it doesn't move regardless and the same issue everyone over 6' has with a cable machine/squat rack combo, hitting you had on the bar is all always a concern, if you could lock it up at the top somehow out the way and an option to double the weight stacks, I'd recommend this things be in every home gym! ... show more
