I got this to travel it seemed to have good ratings. I found that it easily fell out of wall outlets and so then I used it with a surge protector. I also discovered that only one of the four outlets was reliable. Eventually that was the only working outlet. I believe I have one that is defective, Amazon says to go to the device's webpage for the warrantee information. It would be nice if Amazon would provide that site and/or the actual warrantee information. I would like Amazon and Powerlot to both be more responsible for this product. Thanks ... show more

something about the weight and balance, this thing falls out of the wall socket about once a week. slightly annoying, but it replaced 3 chargers, so we're good with that. I might need to get an extension cord and put it on the ground.

I bought this product few months ago; found 3 out of 4 ports not working after a while. I escalated the issue through their Facebook page and provided all the info they asked for (video file). They agreed that it was a defective product and gave me full refund. They are based off of China; we may have to be cognizant of time zone difference and wait for a while for their response. Already had a very good experience with the PowerLot single 20W USB-C charger. This smart charger allows you to charge your Laptop with 100W and your smart phone with 17W. You can charge up to two 4 devices at the same time. Two with USB-C (one fast, one slower) and two via USBC-A (one fast, one slower). Has the same retractable plug, discrete LED Blue light, solid construction, reasonable price and solid packaging. Great for traveling or to carry in the briefcase. It took my phone from 10% to 80% in one hour even though I was using the phone to be on the web part of time. I am now buying my girlfriend one. It is a little heavy so it will fall out possibly out of older plugs but I plugged it into a power bar on the floor and it stayed and it was great

There are other less expensive charger options if you are not in need of quick charge. But this is well built, the charger itself and the cord. I believe it will last for years. Longer than other less expensive charger/cord sets.

I had to purchase this once my charger died. I have to say that it’s holding up nicely. The fact that the wire is braided means it will last long as well. Definitely recommend.
