** Update** remaining items have arrived so it was 10 days total to get everything. For me nothing was damaged or even scratched. Still 5 stars.** For working out at home, this thing gets you ~90% of the way to what you can get at a commercial gym. It seems like most of the bad reviews are due to the way this ships so I'll start there. Amazon only provides a single tracking number, however this will ship in at least 3 parts if you're only buying the cage alone. There's 2 boxes for the cage and a third for the smith machine. Weights, bench and accessories also ship separate. If you take the tracking number provided by amazon, and put it into the order tracking on the RitFit website, you will see each individual box and respective tracking number. This is a little wonky but hopefully people will see this and know ahead of time it’s gonna take a bit for everything to arrive. As of this review I am still waiting for my bench and 35lb plates. Everything else arrived and it’s been 7 days since I ordered. Just know this isnt coming by Prime 2 day shipping. Once you have "Power Rack and Cable system" Box A and B, you can assemble the cage itself, and the Smith machine later bolts right onto it. As for the unit itself, this is my first cage/rack/smith machine or anything like it and I'm really happy thus far. I can see this lasting me for a very long time. Prior to this unit, I have worked out at home with dumbells and elastic bands and have done fairly well but decided it was time to take a step up. I got the full package with 260lb plates, bench and accessories. The cage is well constructed, and I was able to put it together by myself in about 2 hours using my impact driver. It would likely take a lot longer using just the included wrenches. Do yourself a favor and go get a cheap metric ratchet set from Harbor Freight or the like if you don't have one as it will save your wrists and hands, not to mention ensuring you get everything tight. The only negative I would give this ( and its not worth losing a star) is that the included black accessory handles are kind of lousy and will likely need to be replaced. They are good enough to get you started but definitely lower quality than the rest of the machine. Dip handles are also fairly cheap. Over all i couldn't be happier. I will likely be upgrading the front uprights in the future as well as adding some of the other accssories like the 1:1 pulleys and lat pulldown attachment, but for now I'm super happy.

terrible. Broken pieces and I’ve tried contacting customer service and get nothing, there’s also rust in all the pieces. Horrible quality. Also tried to submit my review days ago but they wouldn’t let me, literally said I’m not allowed to say a review about the product which is like what. So anyway, don’t waste ur time if anything is wrong with your order ur stuck unless u return it because they won’t answer your calls or anything. Good luck

Great quality product. Pretty easy to put together with the right tools. I used my impact driver and a few socket attachments and it went together in 3 hours with minimal help from my wife to set up. Everything feels really sturdy and was well thought out. Customer service has been impeccable. I would highly recommend RitFit. Had some troubles because FedEx is not smart enough to deliver things without causing major damage to them. This is not the fault of the product or the seller.

Solid equipment with good assembly instructions - pretty well packaged and multiple boxes. We are having some issues with the smith machine bar not catching cleanly and a couple pieces slightly ent but not appearing to impact assembly. Cables don’t move as smoothly as some of my other equipment. Overall pretty happy. Two people two hours or less once unboxed to assemble.

One of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Everything is so smooth on this rack. Super easy to assemble with great directions. I suggest getting the weight stacks. It's well worth it and there is plenty of weight to do most exercises with the ability to add more weight if need be. Customer service is top notch. I recommend Ritfit for all your home gym needs. At some point I will be getting the Leg extension machine and the 3-1 hack squat rack! Great value and you won't regret it!

We loved it! The whole family can get their exercise on it. It's very sturdy and made of good material. We recommend it 💯💪🏽 Obviously, it takes a little time to assemble, but it's very easy to do with all the instructions provided. It's worth the price.

This thing is a beast and way more than I would have expected. As most of the reviews say, this is a high quality machine that will support 90%+ of everyone's needs. Great customer service if you need it and very easy to assemble (takes time, but instructions are clear). Had some minor adjustments needed for one of the weight stacks to pull smoothly, but fixed within a day by using some of the lubricant provided. Smith bar was balanced right out of the box. Highly recommend - regardless of price...but especially at this price.
