We bought these chairs a year ago and came to write an update to how beautifully they have held up, only to realize I never left a review in the first place—so here it is! We absolutely love these chairs. They were easy to assemble and have been incredibly comfortable from day one. I have a disability and deal with chronic pain, and mobility issues so comfort is a big deal—and these have been fantastic for me. I am also a larger person and have had zero issues with the chairs holding up. We loved the chairs so much we ended up buying the ottomans to match. Our villa patio is fully exposed to the elements in a coastal Southern town, where we experience intense heat, lots of strong sun, high humidity, and salty air. Even with all that, these chairs have held up beautifully over the past year. No rusting, fading, or structural issues. The cushions might need to be replaced later this summer, but that’s expected given the weather. That being said, the umbrella we have on our patio already had to be replaced due to fading, but these cushions are not faded at all, just a bit stiff. Highly recommend—especially if you’re looking for something stylish, supportive, and durable in harsh climates. We would absolutely purchase these again.

I ordered the 3 piece rocker, table set a little over a week ago. I just received my set, but they only sent the bases and not my 3 pc rocker/table set! I am very displeased at the moment and have already filed the report with Amazon who stated they notified the seller. The seller is supposed to get in touch with me by December 3. I will update with what they have to say and hopefully they will resolve my issue and expedite the mailing process. Update to come…. UPDATE 12/2/2023 The seller contacted me and apologized for the delay. They stated Fed Ex had the second package and promised it would be delivered no later than 12/5/2023. So far, customer service was very prompt and responsive to my concerns and inquiries. UPDATE 12/4/2023 The company responded very promptly and shipped the remaining package prior to the due date they set. I was able to put the chairs and table together and we do NOT regret it. Yes, there was difficulty in shipping. However, it is December and Christmas is the busiest time of year for shipping and handling. I highly recommend this set. You will not be dissatisfied. Assembly: Assembly is a little tasking. However, there is a QR code you can scan and follow along with the video which makes it a lot easier. If you have a second person, you can put these two chairs, plus the table together in under 30 minutes for sure. They swivel and glide smooth, and have very comfy cushions. Of course, I just received these so we’ll see how long the cushions last. But they feel as if they will last quite a while. Definitely recommend getting these for your front porch. My wife and I will be looking into purchasing the covers come spring time.

Sturdy. Mixed Gray wicker is neutral and blends with many colors. Navy is a true navy. Wicker is good quality and flexible. Cushions are thick enough (thicker than other online sets I researched) & comfy with durable material and good stitching. Spend twice as much from a patio store and you’ll maybe get thicker, but to me, not worth the high-cost considering every other quality match. Very good support and high backs for taller people. Seat cushions are removable/washable. Back cushions are not, but same experience with high-end patio furniture of the past. Glider/swivel chairs are smooth & balanced.. Coffee table glass top is black & GORGEOUS. Ottomans, which fit under, are large & sturdy-easily work as extra seats & has the weight capacity. ONLY complaint is the plastic foot caps are black, so when I slide them around they leave black marks on cream colored painted concrete floor. A light scrub will remove marks. Easy assembly, clear directions. When assembling the backs to the sides on all pieces, the wicker wrap can be in the way of the screw holes, however, careful use of a flathead screwdriver can move the wicker enough for hole alignment. WELL packed for shipping. I looked at many sets - I’m a review reader & did my due diligence & am very pleased. Great purchase, good quality, half the price of brick & mortar sets. I’m an active senior woman, took my time and put the set together on my own.

These chairs are very comfortable! I was scheduled for a hip replacement and this chair was the only one that did not hurt my hip prior to surgery. After surgery, also my favorite. Love that it rocks and swivels. Cushions are thick and provide wonderful support. I don't think you will be disappointed. Great price, too! I am thinking of ordering another set...that's how much I like these chairs! I would also add that this company has the BEST customer support! It was a pleasure to purchase these chairs from such an amazing company.
