For the price it is great! Everything fit perfectly and very easy to assemble, the instructions are very basic and could use some more detail. Obviously it’s not meant to be fire or water proof but it is perfect for keeping guns out of children’s reach.

**Update 9/12/24** After working with their customer service, they were able to give me everything I needed and wanted to resolve this issue. Just their customer service alone makes ordering from them worth it. They have contacted the manufacture of the product to help ensure this doesn't happen again. **End Update** You are not getting a $2k+ safe, but this will keep prying eyes out and children. The screws are cheap and difficult to screw in without stripping. Additional $8 for stainless steel screws would solve that. Three of the screw holes didn't line up. Had to drill the hole out a little more.

I had seen complaints in a few reviews that there were a few issues when putting the safe together, so I was pleased when mine showed up fully assembled. I was very impressed with how it was packaged. It even had a metal frame at each end of the box to prevent damage. It’s a decently made little safe with some great features. After I installed batteries, it opened just fine with the default keypad code and the light inside is a great feature. The problem is that the red settings button does nothing when pressed. I have tried different things in case a step was left out of the instructions, but nothing works. This prevents me from changing the default code or entering fingerprints. Very disappointing.

I was really excited when my wife told me she had ordered this for me. This safe is ideal for keeping in your bedroom for home defense situations especially when you have kids in the house. It is not going to keep a thief with a grinder and some time on his hands but it will definitely slow them down. It is the perfect size to put in a closet or in a corner and bolt it to the wall for security and stability. The locking pins on it really impressed me as it is just like bigger safes and not just a gun cabinet. Setting the keypad and fingerprint scanner was simple and works perfectly. You can store up to 8 digits for the passcode and 30 fingerprints, use a key, or use the battery backup along with your fingerprint to open it. It is capable of storing 4 guns as long as you don't have optics on them but standard rifles are no problem. If you have optics then you can store 2. There is a shelf on the top of the gun storage for ammo, passports, important papers, etc. There is also pouches for pistols on the door which adds to the storage capacity. If you want the added security of knowing your little ones or someone with sticky fingers isn't going to be able to access your valuables then this little 4 gun safe is a great option. I'm happy my wife ordered it for me!

Aside from a screw hole not lining up and the bottom corner being dinged up when I opened the package I’d say it’s exactly what you pay for, a $200 safe. Wasn’t the worst to put together and it’s can easily fit in a small closet.

I actually really like this little safe-like gun cabinet! YOU HAVE TO SECURE IT TO THE WALL/FLOOR as the door is heavier than the rest of the unit, and NO it will *not* survive any real attempt to breach it. It is however, a nice secure-ish way of keeping a few rifles/pistols handy, while limiting access to them from children. It was pretty easy to assemble, though I wish I would have watched the assembly video in the listing prior to assembling as the instructions aren't the best, though they are far from the worst I've seen. Even put together, it's not hard to move about or lift. It's pretty thin metal, which is why I say that any real attempt to breach it would likely be successful, but it's enough for my needs. It's easy to program the code and fingerprints, and the fingerprint reader works every time without fail. It even has a backup battery power you can attach and use in an emergency. It probably won't fit more than 5 rifles, at least based on ones we own, but it does have a shelf for handguns or ammo or whatever else. It also has 3 pouches on the door to hold pistols, which I was skeptical of, but they actually work really well. Great value for the money for my purposes, if you're looking for a true "safe" to protect from theft, I would advise you keep looking.
