I bought this bike for my 11 year old’s birthday. He wanted one so bad! It is a little big for him but he will grow into it and can still ride it (see pictures). My 13 year is the perfect size (he is about 5’4”). It’s a great value for money and I even rode it, it was fun to ride and comfortable! It is great quality and feels solid and durable. The kids thought it was cool because it came with keys to turn it on. The battery life appears to be good since we have rode it for a couple days (right out of the box) and haven’t had to charge it yet. I highly recommend this bike! ... show more

not giving it the full 5 stars because out of the box, its a really decent bike but not what others may expect. it goes about 30mph stock, lasts about 20-25 miles if only using throttle, and its easily upgradeable. i would recomend working on it to fit your comfort but already for me a few mods makes it feel smooth. ... show more

Was simple to put together and was fun to ride for the 2 weeks that it worked. Getting a refund is not optional so before you buy any ebike, make sure you can return it. After working with support via email for a few weeks, they are sending me a new battery, which the 2 batteries I have are new with the bike and both are holding a charge. The error code E06 is an engine code not a battery code according to their support and FAQ, so why send me another battery. End of notes, i would really consider your options. This is one of those you get what you pay for. Buy American so you can bypass waiting 2 weeks for a part that's probably not going to fix it but it will run the time I have to return for a refund out so it forces me to keep dealing with this bike. Last 800.00 mistake I will make. I should have just got one from the bike store and spend the extra 250 bucks instead of getting screwed by Amazon not letting me return the item even though it says I have until February 8th to return the item. When I try to start the return process, it sends me to ridestar for support. So Amazon is not honoring their return policy. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Super fun to ride — totally worth it I’ve had the Ridstar Q20 for a bit now, and honestly, I’m loving it. It’s got plenty of power for hills and quicker starts, and the fat tires make it feel really steady and smooth, even on bumpy roads and dirt paths. I use it to get around town and for fun weekend rides, and it handles both really well. The battery has been great so far — I can go on long rides without stressing about it dying. The bike itself looks awesome too… kind of a rugged, moto-style vibe that definitely gets attention. The display is easy to read, the brakes feel solid, and I like that I can pop the battery off to charge it. Overall, this bike is just fun. It rides great, feels sturdy, and has way more power than I expected for the price. If you’re thinking about getting an e-bike, this one’s a great pick and I will be buying another one! ... show more

It’s slower than the max speed limit says but perfect brakes and bright headlights, besides that it’s a solid bike, looks great, the functionality is great to but the back suspension is kinda butt.
