I would give a Zero if I could. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE!! It is NOT worth the money. I had it four days and it broke. I tried to contact seller/customer service for help and waited 3 days to be contacted. Customer service is saying it needs a new motor and they will ship me one. I don’t know how to replace a motor nor should I have to. This seller needs to do the right thing and refund me for the price I paid for this bike that is now just sitting inoperative in my garage. I just got my hands on the GT73, and wow, I'm impressed! The bike looks amazing—seriously, it gets heads turning every time I ride it. The frame feels rock solid, and the suspension is fantastic; it smooths out the bumps on the trails. Really love my bike but I ride 19 miles to work and batteries die or almost dies as soon as I reach my work or just about to die wen I’m pulling up back home.. maybe I need to upgrade my batteries

It's a fun and different way to travel. Delivery was quick! The quality of the product is excellent! It's perfect, we ride them every day and they are really well made. The wheel base is short and easy to maneuver. We bought this for our granddaughter's birthday and she loves it.
