I got it for my 4 year old, she has really long hair and I dindot want her to go in the pool without having them covered, the usual swimpcaps don't have enough room so there's alot of breakage. I made her wear this and it didnot cause any breakage, it sealed perfectly aswell..I would suggest that you follow the instructions, wear it with wet hair etc so it goes on smoothly. I bought this swim cap for my daughter that has long hair, it is amazing it's extremely spacious and the hair fits great in it. Highly recommend if you have alot of hair or even long hair! Hair will not be completely dry but it's better than the whole head being drenched.

We put it on for the pool she had her did. We thought it would prevent water from going in or at least somewhat protected it from getting soaked. It even fell out at one point. It was the perfect size too! Just didn't do the justice I thought it would do.
