This was our 2nd pick. I ordered a different E-Bike for my son for Christmas. It was supposed to arrive by the 18th. On the 21st the expected arrival changed to the 25th. Then changed again to "lost" and I requested a refund. We ordered this E-bike and purchased the protection plan. Shipping was $300! The bike worked great for 2 days (dry and cold conditions, storing the bike in our garage when not riding), the throttle stopped working. All of the wiring is secure and I am receiving no response for inquires to troubleshoot and/or return/replace. This was a very expensive 2 day hobby. After two short rides and having done all troubleshooting tasks I could find. The bike will not move under power. Batteries are charged, the display shows no errors. Please Help

The media could not be loaded. The overall look of the bike is pretty stylish. When you’re actually able to ride it, it’s a comfortable ride. But if you need any assistance from the seller, good luck. We waited over a month and then we got Amazon involved. If we did not buy the extended warranty we would have a huge paper weight. First of all the bike goes about 22 mph if your over 200 lbs and 5 going up hill. The riding pegs are weak and useless (they bent) and the pedals broke and they are now bent also. Doesn’t reach a speed of 37mph and manufacturer will not respond to me.

    • One battery not good
I have one battery that dies before the other one and the ride time is really short because I can’t find a way for it to ride using the one battery that stays full. Really disappointed after spending so much
