    • Very fun to ride
Very fun ride. I dug too deep into how to set up the electronic display and thought I put in some bad data at first. The first time I rode it I couldn’t get the throttle to work. After pedaling around for a while I read the manual again and check some internet videos to see where I went wrong. Turns out everything you need to get the throttle to work is on the home page of the display. PAS (pedal assist) is 0-5. I had it on 0 which means you are on a pedal bicycle. Setting 1-4 are pedal assist (felt all the same to me) and 5 is complete throttle like a motorcycle. After completely charging the battery I went on a few rides and even let my nephews ride it through the neighborhood. It maxed out at 30 mph with me on it (218 lbs). Set up was easy just take your time. The bike is fairly light in weight. The battery seems to be the heaviest part. The only problem I have is the shape of the seat. It could be that I have short legs but the edge of the seat is uncomfortable to the inner thighs. The ride height is excellent. The bike as a whole looks pretty cool even though the headlight is deem. I wouldn’t recommend riding at night with no street lights. Believe it or not but 30 mph seems to out run the headlight. Only time will tell but I hope the tires last. The tread seems a little on the light side to me, especially compared to a dirt bike tire. ... show more

    • Serious design flaws – not recommended
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this e-bike. One of the biggest issues is that the chain comes off far too easily — even during normal riding on flat roads. This isn’t just annoying; it’s unsafe. It clearly points to a design flaw or poor chain tensioning. On top of that, the kickstand broke within just a few uses. It’s made from very cheap materials and doesn’t seem to be designed to support the weight of an e-bike at all. For a product in this price range, this kind of failure is unacceptable. The overall design feels rushed and not properly tested for real-world use. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing this model unless major improvements are made. ... show more

It’s great! On the pavement and main streets it rides like butter just watch out for pot holes of course. However mine came with the connector missing on the wires behind my kickstand for easy removal and installation of rear tire.

Electrical component of bike suddenly stopped working after only four months of use. Warranty was not honored because e-bike was not purchased from Riding Times website and we were unable to find any professional willing to work on the e-bike. My son purchased this bike with his own money. Now he has a $700 e-bike that simply doesn’t work. Very disappointing. ... show more

    • Disappointed in the purchase
Battery casing cracked after just 2 times taking off to charge. Company sent "replacement" case that didn't fit. So still no battery. Delivery took longer than expected epecially for the price. Overall very disappointed in the purchase. However, Son loved the bike for the 3 days he was able to ride! Said the speed was great. But now he has no bike and we are out $800+. Definitely recommend to purchase local. Sadly customer service isn't what it used to be. ... show more
