I’m giving one star as the chandelier arrived with many broken glass pieces. I did get a refund but it took many emails back and forth to prove it truly was broken including pictures. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to a pretty chandelier in my house

I bought the 8 light chandelier for my dining room. It is beautiful and it wasn’t to hard to assemble with help from the YouTube video. After assembly and installation we noticed one of the light caps was faulty and only 7 of the 8 lights worked. I reached out to the seller and they contacted me within 24 hours helping me trouble shoot, then sending me the replacement part as soon as possible. It did take about 4 weeks to receive the replacement part, but hey my chandelier works! I would highly recommend this product on the customer service alone.
