It has a small amount of stretch, which makes it very comfortable. I am almost 5'2", 115 lbs., slightly long waisted with broad shoulders. I ordered a medium based on the reviews and I am glad I did. It is loose enough that I can wear a sweater underneath. It comes 6 in. below my waist and has a slight taper at the waist, which is very flattering. I have two of these in the darker indigo and the light gray color. The fit is flattering and easy to wear with so many outfits. The light gray is a great alternative to white and goes with everything. The stretch makes it comfortable to wear, especially with a more fitted cut. I bought the dark blue jean jacket. It is light weight and would go well with pants or a dress. I did have to do a return the first time I bought it because it was too small across the chest. I want to be able to button it when I am cold. I am a 36 B/138 lbs and a medium was tight. I exchanged it for a large and it fits well. I have extra space and it buttons well. I historically have awful luck when it comes to jean jackets- they’re stiff, have no give to them and just don’t fit on my bigger upper arms. This jacket is a game changer!! Thankful the jacket came with no industrial smell. Washed nicely in cold water and hung to dry. I’m 5’2, 151 lbs. and got a large. I can easily button the jacket up if I want so it’s not snug but just right. I love my new Jean jacket!

I really like the fit of this jacket and the material was flexible unlike some denim jackets that are stiff and not soft. I ordered both M and L. The medium fit great, and felt true to size. I am 5’3 and 148 lbs. I did not even open and try the L. The only thing I personally disliked on this jacket were all the buttons had the brand “Lee Riders” all over it.
