Scanner is fast. Easy set up. My old scanner was ten years old and was time for an upgrade. Purchased in June 2023 and is now January 2024. Working great still.

    • Product was never intended for Sale in United States
After 7 months I had issues getting clear scans from the product. Contacted RICOH Customer Support and based on the Serial Number and Part Number of my scanner, the scanner was never built for use within the U.S. The part number ended with a 1 which signifies area of use to be Europe and Africa, I am in Illinois. The part number should end with a 5 for US and Canada, As a result, there is no warrantied and cannot even be serviced by RICOH. Still working with Amazon and Vendor to correct the issue about selling a product not for use. I am not optimistic of outcome. This is particular scanner should have NEVER been sold in US, per the manufacture. Amazon has no buyer protection for this issue. ... show more

Double check Part number mine was from Asia and when I went to register for warranty wasn’t allowed contacted because was in the returned period refunded without issue!

As others have said, the product delivered is for the European market. I confirmed with the manufacturer that the product number should end in a 5 and not a 1 and that the product warranty will not be honored in the US.

    • Worst scanner ever
I purchased this scanner in March 2023. The scanner went out in May 2023. I contacted Fujitsu and they replaced the scanner. The scanner they replaced just started doing the same thing the first scanner was doing. I paid $971.56 for this scanner and now I can not get a refund or a different scanner. I will never buy again. When I tried contacting the seller they only did chat and I was not able to speak with anyone. ... show more
