We loved the look and quality of the gazebo. Took myself and father 2 days (4-6hrs each) to assemble. 2 of the legs did have a crack on them but the company was very quick to offer a solution. Super nice, courteous .

Took an hour just to go over every part of inventory to be sure we weren't missing any parts. The boxes are HEAVY!!!! We had 4 guys installing. Things went in upside down and backwards occasionally, but cooler heads prevailed! Holding up the main frame for the roof while others screwed it together was a bit daunting. It took a full day to put together but it's a real beauty! As usual, some of the screw holes were not drilled properly by the manufacturer so we had to shave away some the wood to line them up. One unfortunate thing that happened was the hook at the inside center of the roof (used to hold a fan or light fixture) pulled out the area that you screw it into. Maybe it was a fortunate thing after all because had it happened later, a fan or light fixture could have come crashing down. Beware! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am a 5’9” 180lb female and I was able to put this together myself. It was a feat, but it’s definitely possible. I found the instructions to be clear and concise. Whoever designed this put a lot of thought into it. The only trouble I had was the very top piece. It looked like it was manually welded together so it took a lot of effort to fit it on, but I got it. It’s very sturdy and stands great in the rain and wind. We hope to use this in the winter and I think it will fair beautifully. I highly recommend this gazebo because of the way it’s designed and the double curtains inside. Awesome purchase. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. For 1800, it's an amazing value. Me and a friend assembled it. Instructions aren't amazing but, it's all there. Wood is very light for the size. Good thing imo. Plenty of extra parts. A few boards were warped or crooked. They lined up with the holes and look fine now though. I don't think it will be going anywhere no matter what the wind is. ... show more
