This it’s the perfect size little canopy for so many things. We often put out up over our kids’ sand box or other outdoor toys so that they can have some shade. We use it for camping to put over the picnic table, at the beach, sporting events, you name it, it’s perfect. Very easy to put up. Works best with two people but can be done solo with a little patience. The sides easily Velcro / zip into place. Very water proof. Have been through many rain storms and haven’t gotten wet yet. I do plan to reseal / water proof next year, just to make sure it stays waterproof. The canopy weights that come with it are perfect size to hold it down. We filled them with pea sized landscaping river rocks. Works better than sand and not as messy.

I do some craft markets and I recently did my first of the year and got a chance to try this out. It's pretty easy to set up, though for ease, best to have to 2 people. Me and a 10 year old were able to set it up. You just need to pull on opposite corners, though I suppose in a pinch you could stake one side and pull on the other. The cover was easy to get on and velcro in place. I haven't used any of the sides yet though. For the accessories, the sand bags can't hold much more than 10lbs or so of sand, not a lot of weight in the North Dakota winds. I had another canopy that was ruined in wind that had better sandbags, so I used those. They have 2 tubes, so more weight. The stakes are a little short, and really wouldn't get much grip on the soil as they have no texture. The ropes seems sturdy enough, but I doubt the stakes would hold them well. A spiral stake design would be nice, something that more twists into the ground instead of needing a hammer. One of the things I really like is that the storage bag is plenty big for all the sides, frame, and top. I wouldn't put the sand bags in there since they just velcro shut and could open in the storage bag. Overall, very nice canopy that I'm hoping I can get to survive the winds here. Next time I might use the sides to protect my table a little more.

This is a really nice canopy. It is easy to set up and versatile. You will need at least a second person to do the set up though. It pops open and provides good shade and protection from the elements. The base is easily adjustable and expands easily. The canopy part goes right over and uses Velcro to go into place. The walls attach easily also using Velcro. It all collapses down into a comparably small carrying case. It also has pins and sandbags to hold it into place. The down sides to me are the quality/durability of it. We had it about 10 feet away from a fire pit camping but a spark floated down onto the top and there are now two large holes in the canopy, and when putting it away the zipper broke immediately. Aside from those two things I am happy with this item.

Everyone loves a sunny day, but it IS possible to get too much of a good thing. A collapsible, portable, self-supporting shade structure might be the perfect alternative to heat stroke and sunburn when you’re selling junk at the flea market, dismantling the swimming pool pump out back, or reclining on an easy chair at the beach. Maybe the “Pop Up Canopy Tent” from the Rholuta store is the answer. This product has a 6-1/2 by 6-1/2-foot footprint and consists of a square tube-steel frame with a fabric roof. The frame has a fairly complex scissor-like mechanism that makes set-up pretty simple. You pull the legs outward, away from the structure’s center, and the thing unfolds and pretty much takes care of itself. Once the footprint has been expanded to full size, you can drop on the roof fabric (secured with Velcro), and then extend each leg (vertically) so that the structure rises to full height. For a light-weight canopy, the frame construction is pleasingly robust. This was apparent the first time I picked up the shipping box and felt its heft. While most applications for a shade structure like this are satisfied with the frame and roof alone, sometimes you can benefit from a sidewall to break a persistent wind, or to provide additional shade protection from sunlight entering at an angle. If you’ll pardon the pun, Rholuta has you covered. This product comes with four, optional, removable, fabric side walls, which secure to the roof cloth with an extended strip of Velcro. Wall panels feature screened windows with covers, and one panel features a zipper-door, so you can box yourself in completely (defending against biting insects) if that suits you. This product rounds out with some thoughtful accessories including ropes and stakes (useful to stabilize the structure in windy areas) and four velcro-attachable sand bags that you can fill and then strap to the tent legs for added mass. With care, all of these items fit into an included fabric carrying case featuring two rollers, which assist in moving the bag around. It’s unclear to me how much protection the roof would provide against persistent rain. It would certainly shed the lion’s share of it, and could probably be made more rain-resistant through the application of water repellents. All in all, a well-conceived, well-build product.
