I bought these Rhino retractable ratchet straps for my dad for Father’s Day, and he absolutely loves them. He’s really picky about his tools and gear, but he’s already told me multiple times how handy these are and how often he uses them. What he likes: -The retractable feature makes them so much faster and easier to use compared to regular straps — no more messy tangles or wrapping. -He says they feel really strong and secure, and the quality is excellent. -Super convenient for tying down everything from yard equipment to small loads in the truck bed. The included loops worked great for the recent road-trip because we could loop them around the cargo rack and then connect the ratchet to secure luggage and with the retractable strap there was no excess to have to secure.

I purchased four sets of these last year for Christmas, the are well worth the money. My husband was skeptical at first but has come to love how easy they are to use and how handy it is to push a button and have all of the slack automatically taken up. I have a disability and needed a reliable, quick way to tie down my mobility scooter and cover. Standing for long periods is difficult for me, and I’ve tried several types of straps in the past. Unfortunately, they all took forever to use due to tangles, awkward mechanisms, and the amount of effort required. These Rhino Ratchet straps are the perfect solution. They arrived today, and I’m absolutely thrilled with them! In 2025, I kept thinking there had to be a better way—and there is. I actually found these while searching for a way to organize and store my other frustrating straps. The quality is excellent, they’re made in the USA, and it’s clear they’re built to last. I'd recommend these straps to anyone who uses ratchet straps to tie down loads, The self reeling feature is a very cool design and makes you wonder why no one thought of it sooner. They make storage a non-issue, not something anyone would normally say about ratchet straps. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating, and frankly, it is a 5 star product, is the misleading "Made in America" impression you are given when looking at this product. Kinda like Iphones, they are "engineered in America" but built in China. Whilst this makes them no less good quality wise, and they really are a generational improvement by a father & sons company in the US, I actually live in Thailand. So, to support a US company, I bought American, paid extra to ship them, paid import duty into Thailand etc, only to see made in China on the box, which is pretty much right next door to where I'm living. Fool me once, but I have since found the same product with a different name on it, likely made in the same factory, and shall save myself over 50% next time I buy them. And I will buy again, they're great! If the father & sons happen to see this review, may I please suggest you actually manufacture in the US. You've designed a fantastic product which people will pay a premium for, tool up and produce it locally. Your present product pitch is misleading, maybe I missed something in the small print, but I sure saw the reference to the USA and believed I was supporting an American company, employing American workers.

I bought these as a birthday gift for my husband to tie down his motorcycle when we trailer it. Regular straps are so cumbersome and hard to use. These are the ticket! They are great quality and seem to be very durable! They are thicker than I had expected and we had plenty of length to tie them down to the inside of the trailer without any problems. Overall I think that they were worth every penny. His friends are all jealous!
