Not going to deduct star rating because of my own preferences. They are quality. Easy to release, great color, sturdy, and get the job done. However, I am a person who admittedly carries disdain for traditional ratchet straps. The loose ends, binding, tangling, pinching fingers trying to release them. I have the Rhino SmartStaps and they are amazing! very welcomed relief from traditional straps. I ordered these, thinking they were the smartstraps, and they are not. I missed the window to return because I bought them, and just recently went to use them. They are a great product, and improved over any other straps I have used in the past. In short... Im very happy with my purchase, had them for a month normal usage and no issues. Build quality is excellent for the price.. Dont tell Rhino (I would of paid the same amount just for the free stickers in the kit). They look better on my truck than the straps... Lol

I recently moved across country, nearly 3000 miles, and to my horror, my dated tiedown straps from snap on failed due to their age. Unfortunately, they were securing my sport bike on a tow trailer and my bike actually came off the trailer. We realized that one of the snap on straps had failed and snapped completely and half even though it was not tightened past the appropriate threshold. I had ordered these ratchet straps from rhino USA before embarking on the trip to keep in my moving vehicle as spare straps, and in retrospect, I should have just tossed the old straps and use these from the beginning, but you know what they say about hindsight lol. Now I have a damaged bike, but insurance will fix that problem. These ratchet straps kept my bike secured for the rest of the trip despite horrible roads/highways, potholes, rain, you name it.
