pretty nice machine, it's very slim and portable, and the voltage only operates on low frequencies si ita better suitable for PMU only, it comes with 2 batteries wich is great and takes any standard cartridge. definitely a good option

As close to a pen as you can get, this tattoo pen represents a new level in permanent makeup tattooing. It's a cartridge machine, and is made purposely around permanent makeup. It's not a repurposed tattoo machine. The machine is very light, yet has a powerful, smooth motor that is shockingly quiet. The battery is integral in this unit, but can be swapped with the backup unit (supplied). Also included is a charger cable and A/C adapter. The controls are at the top and consist of three buttons: On/Off, plus and minus. From there you can lower and raise the working voltage/speed. The readout is at the top of the pen, and is digital LED. It's small, but very legible and easy to see while working. Everything about this pen is precisely done, and perfectly finished. It's very comfortable in the hand, yet it affords very exacting control while working. In many ways it's the exact opposite of a modern tattooing pen, which tends toward thicker and larger in filling the hand. Very quiet. At low speeds you wouldn't know it was running. Excellent machine.... perhaps even groundbreaking.

The light weight and relatively small diameter make this a strangely comfortable tattoo device to use. You'll need needle cartridges to use this device - none are included - but luckily if you've already got a Rhein machine as I do, your carts will fit and you're ready to go. Speed/voltage shown prominently on the rear display (battery) It takes a few seconds to get used to such a small, lightweight little machine - it becomes natural very quickly - thank goodness for the extra battery. For permanent makeup, the 2 batteries will last long enough to get most anything done. Even for doing a small tattoo(s) on the body they're fine - each lasts at least 2 hours - your voltage setting and duty will cause this number to vary. The vibration and noise are minimal for this little rotary tool. This device - like other devices manufactured by Rhein - has all the earmarks of high quality. Everything fits and performs as it should. Nothing feels cheap about using this device. For the price point, this is a real winner. I've paid a lot more and gotten way less. Whether you're doing PM or just getting into tattooing or even for touch ups, you'll enjoy this device. It's a joy to use. Two thumbs up...Rhein is keeping the ink flowing!

This seems like a quality makeup tattoo gun. I am not ready to do it to myself but I got it in hopes to practice on silicone practice things so I could learn. You will need to buy your own needles as it doesn’t come with those. My favorite part about this is that it comes with two batteries! The weight feels very nice in hand as well which I appreciate. The red is bright and cheery as well. I was able to practice a little on some of my practice samples and I definitely think it looks good for someone who has never done it haha! I cannot speak on the quality in that sense as I’m a newbie but we all have to start and learn somewhere right? I am confident this tool can get me to a more confident level of makeup art and I can’t wait to grow with skill using it!
